I asked my server what he recommended and he told me that he ate the burger everyday. I was not expecting such a pretty presentation and then to try and bite into this(to big for my mouth) the amazing flavors. I want another one right now. I am going to stalk them for my fix

Fresh! Delicious! Locally sourced fish & produce & meat. We bought grilled fish on nan & spicy ground lamb on nan, accompanied by chips doused with a shake of vinegar Love the British style spin of this food truck. It appears for lunch on a schedule posted on its website. Tips go into two wooden bird feeders. If you can linger, borrow a proper blanket, backed with a water proof liner, for lunch on the grass before you have to bolt back to the office. «Stay calm. Eat well» caps and shirts are for sale. Awesome concept & terrific food! Well done, chaps!

Seriously do not order anything but the Big Ben Burger with a side of fries. It is easily a top 10 burger in SD without question. Also the fries are lightly coated in malt vinegar which is absolutely genius as the flavor combo works really well, if you don’t like malt vinegar though I would ask for them without, they would still be killer. Seriously worth the price for the quality.

My boyfriend and I shared the pumpkin chili and smoked salmon pita at the Union holiday market. Both items were delicious! I will seek this food truck out to eat their food again.

We ate at the truck when it was at Green Flash — four of us. Most ordered the Fish and Chips, which was labeled as sustainable fish. Big mistake. Chips were good, batter was good, but the fish was inedible. Terrible, terrible tasting fish. It should not have been used for anything except perhaps cat food. Was it mackerel? I’m sure it was sustainable because there is no chance that anyone would overeat or overfish this stuff.

It’s sad that God save the cuisine food truck is not donating any of their profit from today to the house of England at Balboa Park :(
