I’ve had Joseph work on my Macbook Pro quite a few times and he has also worked on my husbands computer. He is extremely thorough, talks you through every thing he has done to resolve any issues. The turnaround time is very fast and that’s always a plus. As a photographer I need my Macbook for a multitude of things (editing, communication with clients, etc). Anytime a friend or fellow mom in a mommy group needs a compute repair person I always give them Joseph’s name.
