From The Heart of Tara

There are few words to describe how incredibly amazing the gift of Tara truly is! I was referred to her in 2009, when I was struggling to recover from serious health issues. After just six months of working with her, I began to connect with resources to help shift my health and my life. In extraordinary ways that I never imagined possible. Today, I am fully integrated back in the world, certified in Shamanic Energy Medicine, working on my NLP Certification and Completing my Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tara has not only helped me shift my entire world, but inspired me to step in and help others do the same. My eternal gratitude, for her grace and the gifts she brings to the world and to all of the lives she touches with her extraordinary work.

I’m still doing some processing from my healing session with Tara recently. Although it was on the shorter side, the session seemed a lot longer based on the level of transformation I experienced! She is an extremely gifted intuitive, holistic, and integrative healer. I absolutely loved every aspect of our session. It was amazing to have her read/​follow my energy from a few feet away! She used timeline therapy to guide me in releasing some old blocks I had with self worth and abundance, which was very therapeutic for me. There has definitely been a shift in those two areas since! Our session finished with some myofascial release on my chest. I had been holding onto some «stuff» that I was able to let go of. I highly recommend Tara whether you would like myofascial release/​massage, highly transformational healing, or something in between. Thank you again Tara!

Tara is one of the best therapists whom I have received myofascial release and energy work from. She knows exactly what to do and how to do it to make me feel my best and release years of pain and tightness. With an extensive experience and education in a variety of modalities, she is able to choose which ones from her toolbox are the best for each client.
