I placed an order for Kobe X for Valentine’s Day and twice I went to the store to pick them up because I received a confirmation to my email that they had arrived and twice they were not organized enough in their management to set them aside. They tried to give me the display shows that were scuffed and when I would not take a used pair of shoes they refunded my shoes and ordered the same ones to be delivered to this store. I just received a call today saying that the order could not go through and now I have to drive 20 minutes out to get an immediate refund. I will never order to this footlocker store pickup ever again(I did store pick up because I did not want my shoes to get stolen through home delivery if I wasn’t home. I thought they would be safe at the store but apparently even at the store shoes go missing) Anyways, don’t EVER order anything from this disorganized store. Three false hopes of getting the shoes on time is not worth it. Save time and shop elsewhere. I don’t even know why I’m giving them one star, maybe for being open and ha in running electricity and a nice display and okay workers who occasionally greet you as you walk in.

Been coming to this footlocker for years to buy Jordan’s with my friend everything there’s a limited release. This spot is perfectly situated a few steps away from the parking lot. The displays are always on point and their prices on hats, beanies and shoes are competitively priced. Once in a while I’ll find a great deal on their sales racks so I recommend dropping buy and taking the extra steps to the back there the bargains are usually located. They also have a wide selection of sports goggles as well as sunglasses. During the holidays you’ll definitely want to buy online as you’ll want to bypass the lines. Not taking away from the assocIates as they work quickly and always are very accommodating. I like coming in to check out the new styles of hats and shoes. I sported the new Kobe’s. I’m a fan is him and the Lakers but not a fan on his new shoes… They look to loud and flashy. I always make it a point to visit this location when in Fashion Valley Mall simply because of the selection. Thanks Footlocker for always coming through with the freshest kicks for me!

Hardly ever write reviews and I just had to take the time to write this review. Went in the store with the mind to purchase some new kicks, then i ask an associate for assistance(probably was the manager cuz he was ordering another employee around) the reply I get from him, and I quote is «what?!» These reviews ain’t lying. Horrible customer service.

horrible customer service. I’m so done with this store. rude rude rude. you can’t return a pair of shoes I bought for my son? not without being jerks and giving me a hard time. he tried them on in the store, I bought them a few days ago, they’re in perfect condition. you’re just worries about your numbers for the day, you lost my business, my wife’s and our sons. we’re gonna tell friends and family about how we were treated at this location. check the cameras managers or executives 3:05pm. they threw the box down and slammed the receipt on the counter, threatened to call security when I didn’t like their refusal to return my money for brand new shoes? what a joke. the worst experience ive ever had in a store. you need to train your employees to be gracious and courteous, and fire the idiots that don’t get it.

The manager Theresa is SO rude and disrespectful. I can not believe she still has a job let alone being a manager. She treats her employees unfair. She talks crap about customers over the head piece to the employees. She is a horrible piece of footlocker.

The other reviews are no joke when it comes to the lack of service here. I got one pair of shoes myself, then asked to try on another pair of shoes(I was trying to buy two different pairs)…the girl that«helped» me asked for my size, walked to the back, and I never saw her again. So, of course, I walked out. Their lack of service cost them $ 125 worth of shoe sales…

Good selection of Jordan sport sandals and Nike Hyperfuzes. Don’t come here expecting to find a huge variety of fitted hats. They keep a low inventory of sweats and nylon zip-ups but they sell quite a bit of Nike apparel. You can also find a comprehensive stock of basketball clothing and accessories sans the actual basketball. If you’re looking for running shoes take the escalator up a flight and head towards Sears. There’s a Nike Running store there that will do their darndest to meet your running needs… all at full price. But if it’s basketball that’s on your mind, you must try this Foot Locker out. Ballin…

Their service is a joke. I literally have to wave someone down every time. It’s like they enjoy just hanging out in the back instead of servicing anyone. I also waited here for a limited shoe and I was in line for over eight hours and then all of a sudden a big group of other guys come and jump the line. Supposedly they made a list somewhere else and when we spoke to the store manager, he said he knew about the list, yet didn’t inform anyone there would be one. They’re all just jerks. I mean give me a break… you’re a manager at a shoe chain store, so get off of your high horse.

Their service is terrible. I work in retail an don’t make commission and give better service half asleep than I got here!!!(Actually April 2011)

I kept giving myself shin splints, so my wife twisted my arm and brought me here to invest in some decent running shoes(hehe). Plus one star for the cleanliness of the store. It was immaculate. And plus another star for the employees being knowledgable about their products and being so helpful. There, that equals 3 stars. My new kicks rock, they feel great, plus I’ve got some killer insoles in there that I can heat in the oven and mold to my foot. No more shin splints.

Hehe… okay. One star is a generous rating considering the lack of service. I can’t believe this over hyped sports chain still makes money. I remember back in the day when the guys in the black & white striped polo shirts ACTUALLY wanted to help you find a shoe. Today, you walk in and find NOBODY around to help you. And when they do come out, they act like they don’t see you and ignore you all together. I also don’t appreciate the attitude I get when I have to open my mouth for help. C’mon«Mister Eight Fifty an Hour», still tired from playing World of Warcraft all night? I bet they’d prefer to just stand around in the back room, sharing a spliff. This place is a big store but there’s a reason nobody comes here. I mean, asking someone to go to the backroom to find your shoe size is fast becoming a lost art. It’s better to get the damn shoe yourself, like at Payless Shoes or at Sports Authority. It’s already common knowledge that a shoe salesman will want to walk away when he says, «we no longer have that shoe in your size, sorry!» The only time I’ve seen these guys snap to attention was when their neighborhood buddies came by to visit or an over hyped sports personality walked into the store. Otherwise, you’re just invisible and not worth their time. This franchise does not deserve ANY of my business. SCREWYOU Foot Locker.
