Flood Doctor did the drying, demolition, and reconstruction of all water-​damaged areas. This included replacing drywall, sub-​flooring, tile floor, painting, and plumbing.
Nathan was very easy to work with, especially in such a stressful situation. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating, working with our specific scheduling requests and our adding repairs. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring all repairs were completed with a high quality of workmanship.

Nathan was very punctual when our condo flooded. He gave us a very open and honest appraisal of our wooden floor damage. He even taught us what would be the best way for us to fix our floors and prevent mold such as turning off the heaters, buying fans etc. All of this he did in a very relaxed, honest and straightforward manner and without charging a penny! Overall, it is Nathan that makes this business what it is. He is not out to get you for you money and genuinely cares about you. He is a man of integrity, honesty and humbleness. Highly recommended.

Nathan rescued our condo from being drowned in feet of water. My wife and I noticed a large water stain on our bathroom ceiling, and he located the source of the leak in the upstairs condo — an old pipe behind the refrigerator that was about to break and poor a swimming pool onto our ceiling. He did a wonderful job preventing a much bigger problem than a wet ceiling from developing!

The Original Flood Doctor! This company has been in business for a long time. Now the son runs it and it is way better than ever. They did a flood in my un-​Garage/​family room. The water hose on my washer split and everything was flooded for three days before I came home and found it. All the carpet smelled awful and had to go. The water had traveled up the sheetrock and it was wet up a couple of feet, and getting moldy.
So he took all that out and put in drying machines and disinfected and treated the mold. He had to tear out the stairs that went up to the house, because there was a pool of water in there that the machines couldn’t get to. Each day the guys came at the time they said they would, and they left each day without a giant mess, even tho my house was in shambles. They were nice to me even when I was stressed out of my mind and honestly good hard workers. They billed my homeowners insurance directly, it came out to a bit over $ 3600, and all I had to do was come up with the deductible.
They dried everything, took out what had to be replaced, installed vinyl in my laundry area, new wallboard, pad, carpet in the family room area, door molding (warped), a new hose on my washer, they painted and cleaned up everything — and they were out of there in about 10 days.
My place looks better (and smells better) now than before the flood. And this guy Nathan does other kinds of work, too. I am getting a quote on the water heater and also on new flooring for my kitchen. This was a disaster that turned out with a happy ending! these guys were great!
