Never do business with Michael Gonzales! You will truly regret it. He will put on a very good act of being nice and caring, then when he has the power of attorney and all of the control, he turns into a ass. I believe he may be mentally unstable because he has two personalities and he flips them like a switch. One face to get your business then he turn into a control jerk. He hates women and is arrogant. Please stay away from this guy.

Michael I. Gonzalez, Jr.; private fiduciary of «Fiduciary Management Assoc» at 4915 Hidden Dune Court in San Diego and former Owner/​Broker” at Torrey Pines Mortgage is greedy and dishonest.
He takes advantage of elderly people, seizing their assets and insisting on being paid for «managing» them, when he was never hired by them! SUING ELDERLY PEOPLE for «managing» THEIR ASSETS that HE SEIZED: disgusting.
He intimidates renters into paying him when he is is not the landlord of the property, threatening them with eviction if they do not pay him. Then he refuses to hand over the rental payment to the true landlord and insists on being paid for «managing» when he was NEVER HIRED.
