Fastsigns

About 3 years ago, I had some graphics for my truck done by Fastsigns. I had the doors done and the rear window. The doors came out great as did the window but after a year the window graphics began to peel. The doors are still in great shape.
I contacted Doug who was the manager at the time and he was happy to replace the peeled areas and was surprised that happened.
After another year, the window graphics again began peeling so I contacted Fastsigns. Doug no longer works there so I addressed the present manager.
Without even inquiring as to how many letters were peeling he rudely replied that they didn’t have a warranty. Hard to believe but at least the previous manager knew how small businesses work unlike this guy. It is only a small amount of lettering and he is unwilling to stand behind the product.
For that reason, I will never do business with them again and I plan to contact their headquarters. F.Y.I., it is good policy to keep your customers happy so they will bring in more business.
