I bought two types of leather but gave them the completely wrong shipping address due to a PayPal mistake. I left a message and they actually called to confirm it was getting to the right place (and I guess to make sure it was me). I received the leather just a couple days after that. It was packed well and is in good condition and quality. It will be going over a car shifter boot and a car seat.
