Good selection of beers but what makes this spot unique is their selection of sours. Most liquor stores don’t even carry sour beers. There’s parking in the rear so it’s really easy to get in and out.

Falcon Liquor is excellent. Two brothers run the place, and they are an excellent example of why we need to support small businesses. Their knowledge, service, and selection are top notch and if you are a local Mission Hills denizen, you will soon be a lifetime customer!

Absolutely LOVE this Liquor Store! I love that it is a family run business and these brothers work really hard. They are super friendly and take care of all their customers. I will even go out of my way and choose this Liquor store for any of my needs while out and about. Thanks for all the kindness all these years! I always leave with a smile~

The problem with family run businesses is they think they can treat people like crap and there are no consequences. The selection here is no better than at least a dozen other liquor stores in a five mile radius I regularly visit, still good but hardly unique. After six months of regularly shopping here and spending at least $ 100 a month, tonight was my last visit. Johnny refused to sell me a bottle of Parabola because I’d purchased it before (which is fine), but then called me a liar which was totally out of bounds for customer service. He still was more than happy to take my money for the remainder of my beer purchase but was otherwise a total douche. Thanks Johnny, I WONT be seeing you again.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Falcon Liquor is in the same price range as the mega-​supermarkets in the area and have a far better selection on top-​shelf liquor. I was looking for rye whiskey and found at least a half-​dozen different brands, including Sazerac which is hard to find. They have many single-​barrel bourbons, including Blanton’s. I’ll be shopping here as my main liquor store from now on.

Great selection of limited craft beers and very courteous and helpful staff. Called to see of they had the Stone Enjoy By series beer that I been looking for everywhere, sure enough they had it. Showed up and greeted with a smile… couldn’t have been be easier

Great Place! The guys that own/​work there are always super nice and appreciate your business. Great craft beer selection, and the prices are what you would spend at a large grocery store, which is so unlike most small stores/​liquor stores.

Falcon is within walking distance of our house and so whenever I need beer, liquor or an awesome wine recommendation these brothers come through. They have a great selection and the guys who run it know there stuff. They have never steered us wrong with a recommendation. Don’t spend your money at Albertsons, show this local liquor spot some love.

By far the best liquor store in the area. Unlike nearby Fiori’s, the folks working there (only a few; it us family run) are always friendly and helpful. There are always great specials on top-​shelf liquors and they carry a wide variety of brands. Additionally, Falcon Liquor has a great assortment of sodas, snack foods, and cold beer. Support this local business!

Falcon Liquor is awesome because they always have the 12-​pack of Sessions for $ 9.99. Besides that, the guys in there are always friendly — I once saw them help a guy break up and repackage his twelve-​pack so he could sneak it into his hotel. That’s good service! And on top of all that, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they sell the incense that I like. Falcon has my vote.

I actually don’t ever buy liquor here because I am usually heading to the Lamplighter for cocktails when I go into this place. They deserve a mention because they have Nat Sherman cigarettes, which are not the easiest brand to find in San Diego.
