We just had plantation shutters installed by Elizabeth Shutters and are completely satisfied. Sandy, our rep, was excellent… helped with getting the design right, color matched, answered all questions… very professional. We were assured that we would have them before our daughter’s wedding… they were even earlier! Installation and production was exceptional Would definitely order from them again.

Very satisfied repeat customer. I was an Elizabeth Ashley (Santa Ana) customer back when the company was a Costco vendor and it filed for bankruptcy. Fortunately, Costco refunded everyone’s deposits.
Then, Elizabeth Shutters (Colton) stepped up to the plate. The two companies are unaffiliated and, although both make basswood shutters, there are differences in construction.
The build quality of Elizabeth Shutters is top notch and they still look new several years later. The installers are skilled and very efficient. Z-​Frames (for window sills) look elegant, the louvres are thick & sturdy, the custom paint matching service is EXCELLENT and the end results are simply beautiful.
