I finally found a great dry cleaner. The prices are super reasonable although I live far away from this place, it’s totally worth the drive. I had a raincoat this lady by my house try to charge me $ 22 to dry clean. Elegant cleaner charged me $ 8. The people are super friendly and my stuff always comes back on time. What else can u ask for?

All of clothes are handled perfectly. I trust them with my James Perse shirts which they iron beautifully including the little sleeve tabs; such attention to detail! Their attention to detail sets them high above other cleaners.

We have used this dry cleaner for years. The same friendly familiar faces greet you when you go in – they even remember your name after a while. They are reasonably priced and do a good job. They are not the closest to my house, but the prices and good service keep us coming back. Parking in the strip mall can be slightly tight, but if you’re lucky, you’ll get one of the ‘short term’ green spaces immediately outside the business.

Fast, efficient, did a great job! Pleasant service with a smile. One of the more affordable dry cleaners around the area.

This place is convenient, quick, and cheap. Every time I came here I was in and out within a matter of seconds, probably. Very affordable and they make sure the clothes are done when you need it to be.

My favorite cleaners in San Diego and I’ve tried many. Wish I found this place years ago. Quick service, always ready on time, cash only, honest, low prices, quality cleaning — never a rip or tear. Highest recommendation.

They do a great job and have very reasonable prices. Also they are super nice. That don’t take credit or debit, no biggie. I’m sure this is part of how they keep their prices low.

I hate to leave a bad review on this place after everyone else had such good service, but I am just incredibly disappointed. Their prices are average for the area, $ 5/​pant or per skirt, $ 4 per blouse I believe, but although they were very kind in rushing my service, they very clearly did not listen to the instructions I gave them. When I got my clothing items back, they had pressed flat a very expensive pair of dress slacks that I had *explicitly* told them needed to be pressed on the crease. Those pants are now ruined; the crease is gone, and no amount of ironing is bringing it back. It was the first time I had those pants dry cleaned, and I had barely worn them, and now I’m out a significant amount of money for dress slacks. If you can’t listen to the instructions of your clientele, what’s the point? I’m not coming back here if I can help it, even if they are the most convenient location to me.

Overall 4.75 stars (it’d be 5 stars if they accepted credit cards). Located on Carmel Mt. Road behind Bad Ass Coffee, dropped off men’s pants ($ 2), men’s suit jacket ($ 5) & men shirt (laundered/​starched for $ 1.75) on Monday afternoon, ready first thing on Wednesday.
Bonus, they have a sign that says they don’t use toxic/​smelly stuff. Will come here next time we need dry cleaning.

A family own business, they are very honest and I can count on them when I need my clothes the same day with no extra cost. The price is good, the clothes very clean. I can’t thank enough the job well done.

I have been going here for 3 months now and am very pleased. The prices are average and generally in line with other dry cleaners in the 92 129 zip code area. They have great service and my clothes come back looking like new. Shirts are $ 1.75 and pants $ 3.00. The «medium» starch gives shirts a crisp look without being stiff and uncomfortable. I will continue doing business here as long as the superior service remains just that.
There is another place across the street that charges $ 2.95 for shirts or pants. I have avoided this place because I don’t like the pricing structure. Overall, it’s just a little too expensive. IMHO of course.

What a find. I was looking for a new cleaners for my soon-​to-​be husband’s dress shirts. Ended up having 40+ shirts the first time there. Prices were great. Customer service was incredible. When they found that one shirt had a ripped seam, they sent me a text message with a photo asking if I still wanted it cleaned or repaired or nothing. They were fast and helped load the car when I came to pick up the shirts. Little details make the difference. Will be back again for sure. Hopefully, with fewer shirts this time though.

Been coming here for years. The guy I always see name is Minh. Doesn’t talk much but still nice guy and very very efficient. Usually has my ticket out looking for my pickup before I step into bldg. I trust them not to mess up or lose my shirts and protect my investment an they haven’t let me down yet.

I have used this cleaner for years as they are in our neighborhood. They are awesome! Always friendly and sometimes same day service is available depending on what time you bring them in. I have never had a problem with our clothes. Love this place!!!

I only started dry cleaning my clothes recently because I never had the need to before. Of the places I’ve been to Elegant Dry Cleaners has been the best deal so far. They were quick and professional with my clothes, and they deal a good job. They are cash only, so come prepared.

Prices are very reasonable — $ 10 to dry-​clean a dress and $ 100 to dry-​clean and box a wedding dress.
Minus a star because the parking lot is a little tight and they don’t accept credit cards (cash or check only).

I have had nothing but great customer service, a great repair and great dry cleaning of a comforter from Elegant Cleaners. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a quick turn-​around time. No complaints with this cleaners.
The only negatives would be parking, as a previous Unilocaler stated, the parking in this shopping center is always very crowded. With that being said the man offered to bring my comforter to my car for me since I already had my infant daughter in my other arms.
They only accept cash or personal check, no biggie, just need to be aware and prepared since today it a «plastic» payment type of world.
