I’ve been coming here for a years now. I usually order a CA button or Carne Asada Fries when I go to Eibertos. I am never disappointed by the food quality here. It’s not as good as a restaurant off course, but it’s definitely one of the better taco shops around the area. The portions they give are big too. I can never finish their Carne Asada fries by myself. Not only is their food good, and have big portions, but they also have good costumer service. One thing I don’t like about this place is that you have to order to go, because they only have one table where you can sit (which is outside in the parking lot) and most of the time it’s taken. Even if it’s not taken I wouldn’t recommend eating there because you’ll have panhandlers coming up to you asking for money.

Due to new management prices raised which sucks. Still decently priced for what it is. Food is still bomb as hell though. Some of the best rolled tacos and carne asada fries in the area.
Horchata is good here and I’m pretty picky when it comes to that.
I wish they had a drive thru because 10⁄10 orders from here are gonna be to go.

I usually get my break fast burrito here, but I guess they are under new management… and omg, it was horrible! The outside was greasy, wasn’t wrapped good (so it fell apart), and it didn’t taste good whatsoever!!! I didn’t wanna eat it or finish it… but I paid for it so I had to. but I’m never going back know here. wish they hadn’t changed management! Uuugh… BIG Disappointment! I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

The year was 1999. A friend at the time came to me with blinding aura and a glowing smile. Befuddled as to what was going on, he stretched out his hand and I hypnotically interlocked fingers and followed his lead. In the end of the rainbow was this pot of gold. Brought to me in a takeout box, I opened what appeared to be liquid gold oozing atop undefined levels of cooked carne asada and fries. The green liquid money came undulating in my mouth as I took the first bite. I was alive, but yet I felt that I could not breath. My heart skipped a beat like love at first bite.
Here’s to you Eiberto’s for showing what love was and the 10+ years carne asada has stuck by my side… literally.

E-Bo’s is very cheap, very big portions, but quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s the greatest, sometimes it seems rushed.
Could’ve been 4 stars but they don’t take credit card and recently declining quality. Still a top spot though!

This spot has GOOD Carne. Everything I’ve ordered here is on point. Just be sure to go in the day time and bring a witness.
