Domino’s Pizza

Okay so I ordered a pizza online and told my mother to pick it up and it’s suppose to be ready in about 30 – 45 minutes and I placed the order at 1:50. So I told my mom to pick it up at 2:30pm and it’s almost 3:10 and it’s still not ready?
So I check my email and it says the pizza had already been picked up??? What pizza??? My mom is pizzaless and still waiting there???

Ordered a carry out special. Came in have them my name & paid. It was slow so the workers were all talking & having a good time.
My pizza was perfect & still hot when I got home :)

Ghetto ass place doesn’t take bills larger than $ 20. Never heard of one of those pens that turns black when it encounters a fake?

So i came to Dominos pizza today may 7, 2016 and there were 8 people working in the store at 9:00pm. They had me waiting 25 mins to take my order not to mention they had me waiting for 10mins on the phone. The open sign not even turn on. Drivers keep passing me and no one greeded me or asked if i had ordered yet. I wont be comming back. Unsatified visit.

I’ve not had issues in the past, but recently they’ve been having issues with getting my order right. The other day a pizza of mine took about an hour to arrive and it was wrong when I got it. I received a replacement for free as well as a 25 $ voucher for my trouble. When I spoke with some workers, they were polite and sought to remedy the issue immediately, which can I appreciate. Now having used my voucher i have (once again) received the wrong pizza. If I had a complex order, I would be a little more lenient with it, but it was a simple cheese pizza that I’m sharing with a picky eater. Instead I got a pepperoni which she won’t touch. This is unfortunate, but not wanting to go through the hassle again I didn’t request a replacement. I enjoy ordering from here, but would like to be able to trust that my order will be right when I get it.

Poor customer service. The delivery driver failed to read the instructions to call our number to gain entry to the gated area. Instead, they called the account phone number and held the food there for another hour until we called to find out where our order was. They did not seem to care that they made a mistake, did not offer to give any credit for refund. Dominos, you really lost a loyal customer. I will not order from you again!

Usually Jesus makes my pizza, which is delicious. This time, Emily made my pizza. Does this look done to you? I had to cut it myself, wasn’t even cut properly. Thanks dominos

Wish I could give this place No Stars!!! Nothing but slow untrained employees. Was standing there for at least 5 minutes while what it seemed to be a new employee once again told me to hold while he run around the store to come back to a Ringing phone then ignores me to answer the phone, then another employee comes up new once again and HELPS THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHO JUST WALKS IN BEHIND ME. Like really I’m standing here for my Health. Really is it that hard for a store with has atleast 8 employees on one shift to Run one little Domino’s. LITTLE CEASARS handles business with like 2 – 4 people max and never wait over 5 minutes for anything. No wonder I stop eating at Domino’s even though its less then a block away from my place and Little Ceasars is like 10 blocks away and I have to Drive there.

Yuck! I walked in to order a pizza and the early shift employee desperately lack hygiene. He cam from the pizza station and started touching the computer/​register with his floured hands. When I stopped gagging from the horrible lack of dental hygiene I glanced at his fingernails and they were extremely soiled/​black/​dirty. I decided to not order there in fear of getting sick and as I began to walk out I watched him return to pizza making without washing his hands. I will never ever order from this location.

Dominos is dominos and this week with the BOGO. I have cheese, tomato sauce, and garlic crust coming out of my ears… Thank you dominos for the jiggly gut and voluptuous butt. First name Diet. Last name Never.

Came in the door, no one there first 5 mins so as I was getting ready to leave she came out and had an attitude, didn’t wear any gloves while she was making my pizza, was throwing things all over the place and noticed as she went to her car as she told another employee, she came back and did not wash her hands, I will never go back to this filthy place and hope she dies of food poisoning, warning… do not go here.

I even feel like one star is two high, ordered a pepperoni pizza and 8 piece chicken nuggets guy showed up 50 minutes later with the wrong pizza didn’t offer to get me a new one and even took the Chicken with him. So it’s now an hr later and well there’s nothing open thanks dominos thanks.

Bascially, if I’d wanted limp veggies on a cracker with unwanted bits of feta i could have gone to the deli at Vons. No thin crust is supposed to remind you of a water cracker when you bite into the 3 milimeter thin crust and it crumbles in your mouth. Almost no sauce, cause «other customers complain about the sauce». Well, I didn’t, and that’s not what I was expecting. Waiting on the driver to come back with my money and I’ll give him the «pizza» (which is a generous term for it). Not even sure they’ll show up now since the employee and manager BOTH TREATED ME LIKE DIRT over the phone (kept saying condescending shit like, «what, you never had thin crust before?» and, «well, you’re the one who ordered it» and constantly interrupting me). and argued with me about the worlds shittiest «pizza». Never coming here again.
Side note: Delivery guy was sweet as could be and should be the one answering the phone instead of the bitchy girl and manager who do so now.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jesus is rude and abrasive. You can’t ask a simple question? I will never order from them again. The beauty of my money is that it spends anywhere.

Super disappointed. Ordered pizza at 5:10. At 6:45 spoke to the manager «RON» to find out the delivery guy «JAMES». Reported knocking on my front door. 2 kids down stairs and the door open… hummm my wonder how we didn’t hear him. Won’t be ordering here again… oh yeah and the pizza tracker, reported it was delivered. Guess we will be ordering from elsewhere.

People… It’s Dominoes pizza, seriously.
If I had to chose between all these chain pizza places this would be the winner. Have always been a fan of the hand tossed. I go for their veggie toppings (sorry meat lovers). One time, I was in here and picked up a greek salad– I know I know, who orders a salad at Dominos? Hey! I like salad with my pizza, don’t judge me. I liked it.
One time… ONE time, they messed up my order but when I called back they gave me a credit which was attached to the number I provided and voila! Problem solved, no hassle. If you don’t like it, by all means just go to Little Cesar’s or Pizza Hut, because they will be sooo much better T_​T
Somehow I always find parking, lucky maybe. Associates are constantly changing, if you’re friendly they are friendly, therefore I always get friendly service.

Then I call asking where my food is (for management: Female answered, younger sounding, HUNG UP on me when I asked specifics about where my food was — RUDE RUDE RUDE on 9÷20÷14 at 11:16pm… check the shift schedule, I bet you can figure out who it is)… but before she hung up on me she put me on hold GIGGLING at the fact that I agree to be putting on hold but mentioning that it’s ridiculous when my food seems to be being delivered on FOOT… I see why you work at Dominoes. Now why exactly does minimum wage need to go up when intelligence is just going DOWN? This female should be working in a strip club — not enough brains for fast food even.

But the long drive over made my dance dressing HOT in the heater thingie they keep food in.

Don’t fool yourself, this is Domino’s pizza. This store has gotten my order right every time, delivery or otherwise.
Cheap fast delivery for those lazy days.

LOVE dominoes hand tossed pizzas! They often times have carryout deals like mix and match 2 items for $ 5.99 each. They work pretty fast at making their pizzas so I usually only have to waitn10 or 15 mins to go pick it up :)
Parking does suck though. they only have 3 or 4 spaces in front and 2 are always taken by the pizza drivers/

I feel like an effin lazy ass when I get home from work at 3:30pm and I am soooo exhausted that I’m too lazy to walk around the corner to Adams Ave where there are limitless options of delicious food. Instead I am simply not able to move another muscle and the only thing that will make me happy is food delivered straight to my door. Of course that’s where boyfriends come in but I guess a girl can’t always have it all, so I rely on Dominos. The only reason my roommate and I started ordering from Dominos is because Pizza Hut does not deliver to our area.
Let me get to the point, I am so impressed by the deliciousness of this food that it deserves some Kudos. The pizza dough, sauces, and cheese are delicious. They have yummy veggie pastas, and today I had stuffed cheesy bread with Spinach and a sandwich that had jalapeño, cheese, chicken, and pineapple. Soooo good.
There’s cooks inside a teeny tiny Dominos that work so hard making yummy carb loaded goodness then there’s these delivery guys that risk their lives going to strange peoples houses or in my case a tired pathetic hungry girl with also a thankless job… well just wanna let you know that people do totally appreciate you.
