Pizza was hot and was overall very good. The pizza wan’t made how I’d actually ordered it(pepperoni, ½ mushroom, bacon) but I still enjoyed it. Glad they have salads now but I didn’t realize it would be a pre-made salad. Was an extra bonus to have chicken included in the salad as I like protein on my salads.

Good location close to hotels if you want something fast and inexpensive. They have tables so you can actually sit down and eat while there, most of the other places I’ve seen it’s carryout/delivery only.

I live just over a mile away from this location. Yet because my «local» location is considered the Hillcrest store, which is actually farther from me than this location, and closes earlier, I cannot get delivery to my home(ONEMILEAWAY!!!). I understand that there are limits to your delivery area/distance– but you guys are literally CLOSER than my home store and are open later. I love Dominos, I think the pizza is great, and they have good deals($ 5.99 deal, etc.) I just want some late night pizza, and you guys are the only ones delivering this late. If I could get pizza from my store, that’d be great, but I can’t, I also can’t carryout from this store late night either… so bummer. Jack in the Box it is then. Sorry Domino’s, let’s get some better customer service next time yeah?

I was told that I couldn’t get a delivery to my house because they don’t deliver to my area. I AMLESSTHAN A MILEAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION. I called and«Charlie» picked up the phone and I asked to speak to a manager, she said she would go grab him/her. She came back to the phone and told me they actually«had a few orders» and«wanted to know what I wanted». Classy, domino’s. A few orders up and your manager can’t come to the phone. I explain my situation to her and she says she’ll go tell her manager. She comes back on the phone and tells me there’s nothing she can do AKA won’t even try to help me. You know how that saying goes«customer is always wrong” — that’s what they teach at domino’s. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy to talk to me himself. I asked for the managers name and she said it was«Louis/Looie/Luis». I used quotation marks around names because I don’t exactly believe that she was being truthful. I mean I wouldn’t want to give my name after shitty service like this. Avoid this place. They obviously have enough business and don’t care about the customer or incoming business. First thing I’ll be doing tomorrow is calling corporate. Now they have crappy service to match the crappy pizza. Cheers!

The manager Louis is very rude. When my order hadn’t shown up for a long time, I called to inquire. I asked for the corporate number and he hung up on me. I called back and he was rude and gave the phone number so fast(on purpose, I assume) that I had to ask 3 times! I still do not have my food… Wonder if it will ever come!

Was staying at the Westin Gaslamp hotel and decided to order some Domino’s since I had seen the delivery guy in the lobby the previous day. Hadn’t had Domino’s in over a decade and figured I’d try their«new and improved» pizza. Ordered via the Domino’s app, which was awesome, pizza tracking is the way of the future. The delivery guy even delivered all the way to my room on the 7th floor and in a timely fashion. However pizza was so terrible it was inedible, the cheese didn’t taste like cheese if that makes sense. Also delivery charge was added upon arrival that I was not notified about AND the order was wrong, they didn’t include any of the dipping sauces I ordered. How am I supposed to eat cheesy bread without dipping sauce. Anyways, never eating Domino’s again.

In a moment of *weakness I decided to place a delivery order for a hot pizza pie. Seeing that it was a little late and that I was completely **sober, mistakes were made. What mistakes? Well, apparently if you click pick up rather than delivery the pizza doesn’t automatically show up on your doorstep. Strange, right?! I know, I know, completely my fault. The plus side is that once realized I quickly contacted this location and they were happy to have the pizza delivered to my house, but I’d have to pay a small delivery fee of a few Washingtons. Deal! The guy on the phone said that the pizza would arrive in about an hour but to my surprise it was there in about 20 minutes(an hour after ordering) since it was already prepared — score! Soooo, why the three? It’s simple, Domino’s simply is not my favorite big box pizza chain. I keep trying and trying again but it just can’t hold up. Key: *drunkness **drunk

Delivery took an entire hour. I live 2 blocks away, picking up will be way faster next time walking. Delivery person repeated order back to me said sauces are in the box and turned around before I could even tip her. I ordered 1 medium 2 topping and cheesy breadsticks with 4 garlic sauces, which is ALSO what I was charged for I might add. I get the pizza to my apartment to find the driest pizza I’ve ever had. It looked like 711 pizza that’s been sitting in the window all day. So dry. Worse dominoes pizza I’ve ever ordered. Recently moved here so I picked the location nearest me(I usually order dominoes pizza). I received a my extremely dry pizza and REGULAR breadsticks with 1 ranch, 1 garlic, and 1 red sauce. Not only were they completely wrong but I didn’t even get 4. It pretty much comes down to effort, they just didn’t care.

Order #: 825065 Date: 08/23/2015 Never received. Tracker says it was delivered. I was in a hotel. Front desk never saw a delivery driver. I never received any calls. I contacted Domino’s the NEXT day, and after much back and forth, was told to give order info. An entire month later and I had still not heard back from them. I emailed them this morning. They respond that I can have the order credit with THATSTOREONLY. Here’s the problem: I was obviously staying in a freakin’ hotel. I don’t live in downtown San Diego. I live in MISSOURI. I want a refund. This is a SHADY business. DONOTSPENDMONEYHERE.

Tonight we ordered a pizza on the app it took a little longer than normal that sucks but no but deal. However when it came our order was wrong we had ordered cheese bread just plain it came with jalapeños in it and I don’t eat jalapeños and the pizza we ordered ham pineapple and olives was missing the ham. I called and politely let them know that the order was wrong they were nice about it and said they were gonna remake it, I told them just to remake the pizza. 30 minutes later the new pizza Comes and guess what still no ham. Lol I Didn’t want to call again and sound like I’m being an ass lol but it sucks :/

Ordered jalapeños on my pizza. It appears as if the pizza was made and the jalapeños were added last minute. They aren’t even melted into the cheese, are cold, and some are just sitting next to the pizza in the box. They were obviously just thrown on before leaving the store. Shaking my head*

This was by far the worse experience I’ve had with a food establishment. It felt so surreal that I was actually having this experience. Not only was their uncensored music playing, with children dining in, but when I asked for jalapeños, the CASHIER who had just handled my money, stuck her BARE hand into the jalapeño jar to get me some jalapeños. I asked her if she had just done what I witnesses with my own eyes and she just said, «That’s the way we do it.» I told her to keep her jalapeños. UNBELIEVABLE! Avoid this place at any and all costs! I’m saving you the grief. You’re welcome.

Worst dominies ever. Rude employees with attitude like customers are causing them the worlds biggest disservice. Sorry I came to give your business money! I ordered the Parmesan bites they were so burnt they were croutons rather then bread bites. The pizza I ordered light cheese extra sauce I got one with extra cheese light sauce which was half super thin like a cracker and the other side uncooked. I tried them 4 times and every time same exact result! I keep getting apologies from management yet again worst quality ever.

Pretty disappointed after waiting an hour for my pizza and it being the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Obviously my pizza was on the bottom of the delivery because the top is all smash and my cheesy bites are not very cheesy and very deformed. No pride at this location.

So I now practically live in the downtown area, and man I love it! Slowly but surely I’m checking out all the places to eat and drink! One of the must finds when you just move(well for me that is) is pizza! I recently started to eat dominos pizza again, and I gotta say I’m impressed!, but like always every location taste different from the next. I’m not too impressed with the pizza at this location, but hey I’m not saying don’t order. It’s still good pizza, but I give it 4 stars for the service. I have ordered twice from here for delivery, and the service was smooth, and within 30 minutes both times my pizza arrived as promised. The great part is that they’re open till 3am, and I think the delivery woman told me on the weekends they’re open till 430am? It’s never to late to order pizza!

Eh. Not particularly impressed. I mean it’s just pizza but I’ve had some good ones from dominos and this just wasn’t one of those times. Food was cold, forgot my sauces. I’ve had better. It was fast and convenient. You get what you pay for I guess

I’m a very frequent customer at this dominos because I work graveyards at the airport. Every week the driver calls, asks me to explain where exactly I’m located, and then they deliver. Today however, I was met with an extremely rude phone call from one of the guys there saying they don’t deliver here and to call another store. I explained to him that his store always delivers here and he came back overly rude and not willing to accept my explanation. I called the other store and was once again told that I was out of their delivery range(which I already knew). Thank goodness the manager there was unbelievably helpful and called this store for me. She said she handled it and I called back. J. R was completely understanding and helped me right away. The other manager and himself will be the only reasons I will order from them again. Nice save.

I hadn’t had Domino’s since before their makeover. Annnnd, I shouldn’t have waited so long. I ordered online easily enough, and knew exactly what was going on with my order thanks to their order tracker, which is very cool, bee tee dubs. The pizza was great, the fettuccine Alfredo was yummy(you can add extra sauce!), and the chicken thingys with the BBQ and bacon is a favorite. It did feel, though, like they mixed pasta that was al dente, with pasta that was a little overcooked. Not a huge deal, but it happened nonetheless. Domino’s is doing good things. Delicious things.
