Domino’s Pizza

I don’t have an issue with the pizza. My complaint is about the drivers. Two nights in a row, the drivers are going easily 3 times faster than the posted speed limit through military housing in Murphy Canyon. I called both times and I can hear the «Don’t Care» attitude over the phone.

I love ordering pizza from here they’re always good! They’re always nice and helpful.

The lady that rang me up was really sweet and extremely helpful! I believe she said her name was Jenny.
I’m pregnant, so she not only double bagged my drinks but she walked my pizzas out to the car for me! So awesome!
Everyone there tonight seemed to have a great attitude!

Posting that the pizza was delivered before is delivered then lying about it is just horrible. This has been the third issues I have had with this location. I would rather order from a different company. At least i haven’t had issues with them. It has now been 41 minutes since I’ve ordered it and still no pizza! If there was a 0 recommendations this store would definitely get it.

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an order online for a pizza today at 12:20PM and at 1:43PM my pizza had still not been delivered. When I called to inquiry I was told «we only have one driver, sorry.» I explained to the lady that it would have been nice to receive a call stating that the delivery would be delayed and her response was «I’m sorry.» Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from here again.

If I would give them 0 stars I would. I called 5 minutes before closing and they already blew me off without a hello or can I take your order. Terrible customer service. You just lost a customer. I hope higher up management corrects your actions. Talk to whoever was closing 3÷5−3÷6 they should get corrective action.

Domino’s rates as the country’s worst pizza and for good reason. Inedible all around. Cheap ingredients make this abomination truly a classic when it comes to America’s worst pizz

The pizza has consistently been amazing and the staff is even better! So pleased with this location and will continue to give them my business. Highly recommend trying this location out!

I’ve only been to this location a couple of times. The first time was very pleasant, I could tell it was busy on a Saturday evening, there were quite a few employees in the back but every single one of them seemed focused, on task and looked happy to be there. Pizza was perfect, customer service was excellent! I ordered from them again last night using the Dominoes app. I messed up my own order unfortunately. When I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza, one of the guys working in the back was kind enough to ask if my pizza was ACTUALLY what I wanted (I had ended up with no sauce on my pizza due to how I ordered). First of all I am so happy he thought to mention this to me before I left and got home and THEN realized my pizza was messed up, which would have really bummed me out as well as my practically starving caveman of a husband. The man offered to fix the mistake and make me a new pizza even though this was technically my own fault. It took less than 15 minutes and I am so greatful! I think this really shows that the employees there truly do care about their customers. From the second I walked in the door, everyone was all smiles and extremely pleasant. Which may not seem like a big deal because that’s what’s expected for customers, but honestly this is one of very few fast food places where I’ve ever experienced such an overwhelmingly welcoming environment from the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant. All the guys who were working at around 6:30 last night, Sunday the 18^th really seem like they work awesomely as a team and are the perfect example of what a crew working in the food service/​customer service industry should be. I apologize for this review being rather long, but I think credit needs to be given where credit is due. I’ve worked fast food before and sometimes it really sucks, so whenever I encounter such amazing customer service (which like I said isn’t often) I absolutely will speak up. Thanks so much you guys! This is the first time I’ve logged into Unilocal in over a year. That’s how great of an experience I had.

I’m very disappointed in the order I received tonight. Ordered 2 chicken parm sandwiches and each sandwich had 3 strips of sauce the width of a pencil. What little was there soaked in the bread and was basically nonexistent. I’m giving 2 stars because the rest of the order was okay, but having 2 members of my family having to eat a glorified chicken and cheese sandwich is beyond ridiculous. UPDATE: Received phone call from store manager. He was very nice and told me that he would place a $ 15 credit on my account. Ordered again tonight, September 30, 2015. I received $ 0 credit. Also, my son ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl. The dough was raw. I will post a picture of it, I hope it shows you how truly disgusting it really was. We have ordered from this location many, many times and I don’t think we’ll be back. I don’t spend my hard earned money on garbage.

We order from this dominos quite often! They are very efficient and if there’s ever any issue, they are very quick to resolve it! The crew here is always very happy and cheery!

I can’t even deal with the pizza I just got delivered. There’s no cheese at all. Barely any sauce. You would die if you could see that picture of this pizza. Dry. No cheese on over ¾ of the pizza.

He totally took care of us because of the prior mess up. Every business has their off days, so the prior experience is understandable.
I feel so much better about giving this dominoes our business.
The re-​do pizzas were terrific!

From time to time I will be stuck in the office and I will order from This Dominos. Today was such an occasion. So I got some wings, a salad and one of those super thin and crispy crust pizzas. I figured I can have the wings and salad today and the pizza for lunch tomorrow. Great plan. The delivery guy was so nice. and after he left i realized the ranch was missing for my salad. No big deal. I figured I could just use the one that came with the wings. I had their pizza tracker open on my computer still and filled out the feedback part. I mentioned the ranch situation. It was NOT a big deal and I was not complaining in the least… I honestly didn’t think anyone would even read my comment. Then a little while later another Delivery guy shows up to my office with… Drum Roll Please… Ranch Dressing! I am so pleasantly surprised… This is why I will continue to order from this location. They are ON It! I think that it is not very often that you will hear the positive side of things in this world and have such great experiences. This has exceeded my expectations and really made my day! Thanks!!!

Terrific place to do business with. The manager, David, is very cooperative and goes out of his way to be involved in the community. The bread sticks and dessert sticks were exceptionally good, as were the pizzas.
I am happy to do business with Domino’s any time.

Ordered a pizza at 10:27 for lunch. It’s 11:29 and no pizza. I called and the delightful manager Megan said ‘oh it should be there’. ‘New driver, 10 mins, credit,’ so rude and after her 10 min quote, I was told 10 mins.
She did offer a $ 10 credit which doesn’t cover the cost, so who knows there.
Place sucks and so does Megan’s attitude. Won’t be back.

Good food. Service could be better. People answering the phones aren’t always the best.

It’s all around a pretty good Domino’s. The staff is pretty good from Carryout to the delivery drivers. The Pizza is normally pretty good but not always enough to bring me to add another star.
Overall a decent location and respectable service.

WOW. what an improvement! Domino’s recently launched a marketing campaign suggesting that they are focusing more on baking quality pizzas rather than doing it fast! I haven’t had them for awhile, as I normally go to Papa Johns when I’m craving for delivery, but I decided to go with Domino’s this one time. They didn’t disappoint! Their pizzas have definitely improved by leaps and bounds.
I tried their thin crust Italian Sausage and Pepper Trio. I was super impressed with the quality of the ingredients and dough. If you placed that pizza on a plate in a BJ’s restaurant, you would still be impressed! I think I have converted to Domino’s for the time being.
