Worst customer service ever. I order a pizza and show up 30min later to pickup, manager tells me they canceled the order because its been 30min from the intial order time. Manager did not apologized but gave me attitude. Worst customer service ever.

I’m shocked by the low stars on Unilocal for this Domino’s. I always order pizza here and have been for the past 4 years. I always order online and the pick up is always fast and staff is always friendly. The pizza is always amazing and I love pizza so I’ve ordered various different types and all have been perfect! This location is perfect, although not huge, it is nearby my house and there is nothing I can complain about :)

Awesome Service! I just called in after placing my order online and added a special instruction to my order not available on their site. Saul helped me out without hesitation and since part of my order required less toppings on one half, Saul even issued me a refund for the difference in the topping price. Saul went above and beyond my expectations! Thank You!

1÷26÷20166:20 pm and call back at 6:50 pm Just ordered a simple pick up order: 2 large pizzas and 1 small. All with garlic crust. We were suppose to take the pizza to friends house. When we picked up the pizza we had 2 problems: no garlic crust on the works /combo pizza and they gave us a cookie brownie and in place of the small pizza. Meanwhile, the place where we’re going to was calling us to find out where we were at. The wife spoke to «Raul» explained the problem and told us to keep the cookie brownie(which I think may be a fair trade off) and pick up the small Hawaiian pizza. I sent the kids back along with the small labeled Hawaiian pizza with a cookie brownie in it to show them the mistake. A girl, strong armed my kids and took the cookie brownie back and gave us the small Hawaiian pizza. Well that’s the first and last time I’ll ever go back to Domino’s. The works /combo pizza was pretty bland anyways. By the way, how do you put zero stars?

So I’ve never had any issues or anything when ordering from this location because I always used the app, works great all the time! With that being said last time I placed an order it took a while to get here, honestly I didn’t even care or notice but when the delivery guy showed up he apologized for the delay and handed me a signed card saying that for the inconvenience they were offering a repeat order(which was a large pizza and a 2ltr drink) or two items of my choice for free. I thought oh ok cool, I was trying to redeem that tonight but couldn’t figure out how to use it on the app seeing as how it only had a signature on it and nothing else, so I decided to call in… Big mistake. I’ve been working in food service for about 6 – 7 years now and I have to say, their customer service is pretty bad, not terrible but not great either, first off after my call was answered I explained my situation to the girl who answered the phone and she put me on hold for about 7 minutes according to my call log, I hung up and decided to try calling again and this time just asking to speak to someone in charge, couldn’t get through for about another 8 minutes which I understand if their busy, just kind of sucks. Finally my call was answered same girl answered I explained the situation again and she remembered I had just called in, so anyways she informed me that I was only able to get ONE free item which confused me, so I asked«oh ok so it can only be 1 item?, because what I was told is a repeat order(which was two items) or another two of my choosing» to which she replied«ok hold on your story doesn’t make sense» in a pretty rude tone of voice, like I said I’ve been doing this for a while as well, I know when somebody has an attitude towards me, anyways she came back to the phone after asking someone else what to do. i assume… And proceeded to take my order with a very annoyed attitude after that. I’m not saying this is normal for them but in general it was a very bad experience, I get it we all have bad days at work, but like I always tell everybody sometimes you just have to fake your way through it, maybe not the best idea but it works. Needles to say I’m probably never going to call in again and just continue using the app for any future purchases, if any. Eta was 35 min… It’s been at least an hour… Wow… Real smooth guys *update: my order never arrived

Always have a good experience coming here! And seriously, best pizza ever. I used to think it was all about Pizza Hut but dominos stepped up their game big time!!! Not picking any other pizza but dominos when it comes to a pizza chain of course! All the dominos i have gone to have good customer service. I have not had a bad experience … Since coming here.

First of all, The pizza prices are expensive and if you want cheese or crushed pepper you have to pay for it, that’s ridiculous. I don’t like this place and I will never come back

When this place just open the quality of their pizzas were pretty good. It actually made me change my opinion on Dominoes. But since 2014 the quality has been going down the drain. Attention to detail is bad. I decided to place an order online since it had been a while since my last bad experience in this location. My order was two large pizzas with three toppings each. To try an keep it short, i picked up the pizzas and brought them home just to find out one of the pizzas was missing a topping. The receipt did show the topping listed. I call and they agree to make the pizza again and was told to pick it up. I go there grab the new pizza and before walking away from the counter i checked it… the same topping was still missing with the ingredients still listed on the box. The pizza maker lady tells me, «its going to take me 10 minutes to make. Do you want to wait?» I told them of course I would wait because the same topping was missing from the last two pizzas. I doubt I will be returning to dominoes again. For everyone else just double check tour order every time before you leave.

My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out and when we got them home, one of them had a hair on it. That’s not the major issue, although it is pretty gross. I understand that accidents happen. The main issue is that when we called, the person who answered the phone responded«what do you want us to do about it?» After a being placed on hold, the person returns to the phone and says«I guess we can make you another one…». So my wife goes to pick it up they simply say«Here.» No apology, no offer to «make it right» and«Here.» Awful customer service and won’t ordering from there again.

I placed an order last night & I got an email confirmation saying my pizza would be at my house in 20 – 30 minutes. At the 45 minute mark I decided to call in & the store was closed. I figured«okay my mistake for ordering so late.» But why would I get an email saying my pizza would be here in 20 – 30 minutes? Anyway, I called the store first thing in the morning thinking maybe they’d deliver it today, only to find out that they cancelled my order without notifying me! Never am I ordering from there again.

This Dominoes is ok. We always order online med pepperoni pizza. Sometimes they do mess up you’re order but I’m like whatever it doesn’t really bother me because they have good customer service :) example of how they mess up the order: today we ordered a med pizza pepperoni with extra sauce but instead they added extra cheese not sauce. I looked at the receipt but it clearly states extra sauce not cheese… It’s ok they have good customer service.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I ordered a pizza from the Otay lakes store that was busy and told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. I agreed. 45 minutes later another store, Palm Avenue, called saying they had cancelled my order, but that they had already charged me. So they had to charge it again. I asked why it took so long to realize that the original store didn’t deliver to me. Another girl named, Andrea, came on the phone with an attitude right away and told me that it was not her fault but theirs and she had no control over how bad they were running their own store. I asked how long it would be for the delivery to my house and she said another 45 minutes. I told her it was a little ridiculous that they had waited that long to call and that they had already charged my card but they were not going to deliver the pizza. Before I finished my sentence she cut me off and told me that they had already got the got my money but they would refund it and referred me to Pizza Hut saying that they dont mind losing my service. Worst customer service ever, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from either.

I love dominoes but I wish I had read all the reviews on this place. Literally received the worst customer service. Girl at the door greeted a group of guys that showed up at the same time I did and completely disregarded me as I passed by. She stood there a minute flirting before she acknowledged me. When I asked for a receipt she gave me a cute little attitude, didn’t say thanks, have a good one, nothing at all . Anyways as far as the pizza, it was crap. Asked for light cheese and got like no cheese at all. And it was completely cold! This location needs to one up their hiring standards

Worst customer service ever. I don’t know who does the hiring but they need to update their requirements or standards I left this place empty handed and decided to order online and my pizza showed up horribly disproportional with barely any pineapple(ordered mine x2) and they offer no cheese nor peppers. I will take my pizza business to Pizza Hut.

Hit and miss. Some days customer service is amazing and pizza is great like today. Some days though, rude and pizzs just taste like it came from a box. So for me its hit and miss, but when they do get it right. Its good!

Never was a fan of this place but since I wanted pizza close to home I decided to try this place out. Service was fast and friendly. I got a pacific veggie pan pizza. Pan pizzas only come in medium which bummed me out. I wanted a small. The pizza was good had a lot of veggies on it and was made pretty quickly. After I ate it though I didn’t feel super great maybe it’s cause I was super hungry and ate«junk food» of a pizza or it was just me. Either way I still prefer Pizza Hut better. If I had a quick go to spot tho this would probably be it since location is a convenience.

Ordered Online. Got Hot Wings and the Chicken Parm Sandwich. Both were hot and delicious and delivered on time.
