I wrote a review about a year ago about how Domino’s is terrible at slicing pizza. A year later, they still haven’t improved. This time, I ordered a half chicken and half mushroom pizza for me and my boyfriend, who is a vegetarian, to share. As you can see in the picture, the pizza was sliced so haphazardly that there ended up being only two slices without chicken for him to eat. How difficult is it to slice along the middle of the pizza between the chicken and the mushroom side? Seems pretty basic to me! Not only that but the slices were also drastically different sizes. One slice was nearly a quarter of the pizza and another was teeny tiny. The only reason that I’m giving Domino’s three stars is that I truly do like the flavor of the pizza and crust. But they really need to get their pizza cutting skills fixed because this is ridiculous!

Dear people of America, I would first like to state that this dominoes establishment, rather than please my pizza needs, left a horrible taste in my mouth and a worse feeling in my soul. I am a frequent pizza consumer and enthusiast and I order on average 7 pies a week. I came into my favorite pizza franchise with high hopes that their product will tingle each and every tastebud in my mouth. I ordered my usual, an extra large half pepperoni/half classic Hawaiian pizza with garlic crust and cheesy bread(cost $ 22), and the man at the register then told me it would take 20 minutes. I was under an a time restraint and had only 29.5 before I had to be back on my bus which would take me back to the home land. I proceeded to wait with my fellow sidekick outside, admiring the colorful light show a water fountain displayed while I thought about how good the pizza was going to be. I remember back in the day when I was sad and lonely after I lost in a game of kickball and my father came up to me and handed me a slice of pizza. He said«son, no matter what anybody said or if you are just having a bad day, pizza will always be there for you.» I remembered this memory like it was yesterday. Twenty minutes after I ordered the pizza I came into the restaurant asking«how’s the order going?». The cashier responded by saying«it’s almost ready.» 3.5 minutes later, I politely asked the man again«hows the order going?». He responded by saying«it’s almost ready.» 1 minute before my bus would embark the man said«your order is kinda ready». I did not know what he meant at first but he told me that«we accidentally made you a large pizza instead of an extra large and we haven’t started the cheesy bread yet». My companion and I had to make a life-or-death decision, which in the end broke my heart. We decided to take what he had to offer, take the refund, and run to our bus. BUT there’s a twist, the man behind the counter could not give us our refund due his slow typing ability. Probably because he never handle such a high stakes situation before. My friend and I then grabbed the LARGEPIZZA(not extra large) and we ran at least 0.78 miles to our ride before it departed, as fast as my stubby legs could carry me.(My mile time is about 9 minutes) And keep in mind we paid $ 22 for essentially a $ 12 dollar meal. We entered the bus, covered in sweat and exhausted, waiting to eat what we had left of a pizza. Our mouths drooling over the box, opened it and a moment later digging out teeth into the cheesy mess. We first notice that there were a couple things wrong with the order AGAIN! The first predicament that was noticed was that the pizza was under cooked. Moments later, my stomach felt like it was filled with more gasses than there are in the sun. Now I didn’t only spend $ 22 on a pizza but another $ 5 on a new pair of underpants. The other thing that was missing was that there was NOGARLICONTHECRUST! This put me into a raging anger and then into a spirally downward depression. A cheesy hole left in my heart, not filled. I will need therapy until my mental state will return back to normal. But as a warning to all people considering going to this establishment, know that your all your dreams and aspirations might be crushed and that you might have to experience what it feels like to loose what you loved most. Sincerely, Ex– Dominoes Biggest Fan

Thank you for a yummy pizza, super fast delivery and a nice, friendly delivery person! I ordered the XL Brooklyn pizza for $ 11.99 with garlic sauce and mushrooms and it’s a little on the salty and greesy side, but delicious nonetheless. I would have given it more than 4 stars if the cost for customizing my pizza wasn’t so steep.

When ordering pizzas today I tried to use their online coupons. Their coupons consistently charged me several dollars more than what they stated the amount should be. I verified with several friends that I was indeed ordering the correct size, numbers, toppings, pizza crust for the coupon. The website simply wasn’t giving me the discount. Frustrated I called to see if I was actually doing something incorrect and/or to have total adjusted. I admit I called at a busy time 6:30 pm on a Friday. I was put on hold for 15 min to talk to an actual person, and then put on hold while waiting for a manager. While on hold — I was disconnected :-/. Alas I was hosting an impromptu neighborhood party, so I needed to go back to hosting. Pizzas were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, driver was pleasant, and they were typical dominos pizza. I simply feel like I over payed for the pizzas and was frustrated by the lack of help from website/call.

Horrible Service! It took 2 hours to deliver & both pizza’s were cold & They forgot my extra topping! I feel sorry for my husband cause he tipped the Dumb Azz! When I called this Domino’s location to let them know of their service the guy hung up on me. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

I love this store, always quick, orders are always quality. I only get delivery for work every other night but when I call, whoever picks up is friendly and helpful. They make conversation while keeping my call quick and painless. I also appreciate the fact that I’m never on hold for long.

Always on time and accurate with orders. For a cheap pizza, they do a great job with quality and schedule. Highly recommended when pizzas are in the plans

You should really pray yourself to have your delivery in one piece. If you order a side pepper or a drink, chances are they are going to be missed! I mean what is the point of having the delivery when if it going to be missed? In our most recent order, they missed a side banana bell pepper. Delivery female promised someone will deliver it later, but didn’t show up. When i called a store, the manager didn’t apologize and just said they will give $ 2 credit on later order. This is not the first time. Their pizza taste is good, but they lacks professionalism when it comes to order check and customer service.

I write this review with mixed emotion since the last time I ordered for delivery, it was a complete fail. It took 95 minutes for them to actually call me to say they could not find my place. By then I had already gone to Vons for food. Toby was totally indignant and insisted that 1) the delivery person had five pizzas to deliver and that’s what took so long to notice they could not find my place and 2) I didn’t put the correct address on my order and it was my fault. I ordered from this very Domino’s for 3 years now, so that’s not the case. But Toby was unapologetic. I actually had to request a refund rather than being given one automatically. This was a Sunday night, however, and when you order delivery on a Sunday night FROMANYWHERE, it will always suck badly(bonus lifehack). Usually, I get the pizza quickly. Love the tracker since you can hold them accountable for what’s happening with your order and with who is doing what. If you happen to draw Steven, then you know things will go smoothly. As well it should. And when it goes smoothly, it’s a great service and the food is good enough. In fact, the food is much better than I ever remember Domino’s as being. It doesn’t suck anymore quite honestly. And… it’s far better than Papa John’s for sure. In the time it took me to review, my food was prepared and on the way for delivery. Thanks, Steven. Brother, you are right on.

I’m working on a Domino’s Pizza list of reviews. Feel free to discuss the finer points of big commercial pizza places always trying to reinvent themselves or try out some gimmicky product on the masses. After reading some alleged horror stories about the pizza chain, it seems like carryout is a good option. We were watching a snoozefest football game on TV, when I was tasked on a food run. I put in an online order, which was easy. An email confirmation wasn’t received, so I called the store. She said the food was ready. Wowee… done in under 15 minutes. My luck. This is probably one of the fancier outdoor malls where I’ve seen a Domino’s. There’s a splashy water fountain out front and have mall neighbors like Carnitas Snack Shack and Searsucker. No. Big. Whoop. Food was ok as expected, which speaks to the pizza’s average dependability and reliability. No problems with paying or picking up either. The only exception was quality control when we got a 5-out-of-8 boneless chicken order. Again, not a big deal for us, but still a lazy 62.5% chicken efficiency score on Domino’s part.

Great pizza, new management, fast and respectful service. Old management did me wrong, but new management fixed it. Domino’s is the best, fast delivery pizza out there. The seasoning on the crust is superb. This is a business that cares.

If I can give negative stars I would in a heartbeat. Do not~ I repeat… DONOT come here unless you are desperate. First, my order was put in the wrong box. If I didn’t check before I walked out, I would haved ended up with someone else’s order. Next, when I got home ready to eat, the crust was filled with butter! YUCK!

NEVERAGAIN! First time customer and I was very disappointed. I don’t want to be too negative though. The customer service was ok as the guy who took the order was courteous to say the least. The pizza on the other hand was horrible. Perhaps they should fire and rehire new cooks who can bake a pizza without burning or drying out a pizza. The price for a 1-topping pizza($ 15) was fine but it was embarrassing to bring home. I believe they somehow shrunk a large to a medium if that is possible. To end this review I would just say do not waste your $ or time to park your car.

I love that they are so easy to order from, they keep your info on file, you make a call and pick up or have them deliver. The thin crust is fantastic. Full of flavor and crisp. Not overwhelming with cheese but just enough for the kids. It would be nice to have more specialty pizza toppings but for a huge chain, they do a pretty darn good job. They always have coupons and deals so it’s never costly. Our household gets the family pack a lot, my son loves the chix pasta in alfredo sauce. It isn’t the healthiest option but something with protein he likes. Garlic bread, a pizza and cookies are in the deal. Not too shabby. We rarely have delivered because I know sometimes they take awhile, so for us being so close, it makes sense to run up and grab it.
