Jamie is awesome! He knows his stuff and will help individualize workouts and nutrition plans which are reasonable. No drill sergeant feel but still very motivating and encouraging. His sense of humor helps the workouts fly by, before you know it you’ll be all swoled up just like you imagined!

I was a client of Jamie’s when he was based in the Boston area and I came to know him relatively well over a couple year period. He is a great trainer(and I’ve worked with many over the years). He customized a workout program based on my specific goals and unique functional movement issues. And as a bonus, Jamie has a great personality and makes training fun(and I am typically not inclined to fun at 6am!). I highly recommend him.

I first became of client of Jamie’s when he was in Boston and I’m very grateful for it! He knew just the right balance of motivation, helping me push past prior comfort zones but knowing where to draw the line. He developed a unique program just for me to help me with balance/stablility issues. One of my favorite cardio exercies is the jump rope, thanks to him! He makes a training session fun! I never left a class without feeling some level of accomplishment! He comes highly recommended!
