Crystal Clear Pools and Spas

I used to clean the pool myself, but I’m recently disabled now so I thought I’d try this service. I prepaid for 8 cleanings and Brandon stopped showing up about halfway through the contract. I called his number one last time before this review but his voicemail has been full for weeks. I hope he is OK but it seems like I had to chase him down before. I was always flexible and at the disposal of his preferred schedule. Brandon has not returned any of my calls or texts after a month. I had to have algae removed and the pool chemically rebalanced for far more than the original Groupon cost – and a real hassle for someone in my position. Groupon won’t refund my money either. Neither Groupon nor the website
shows any evidence of a business license, contractor’s license or insurances whatsoever. That’s a huge risk for a homeowner so perhaps it’s better this way. I can’t lose any more than I have.

So, we’ve been through quite a few pool companies and Crystal Clear is by FAR the very best. Brandon is honest and reliable. He shows up when he says he is going to and unlike our last pool guy, if I ask him a question he always knows the answer or gets back to me within a couple of hours. I’ve already recommended him to two other friends.
