booked with the livingsocial deal. easy to book as they emailed my instructions after requesting all my personal info including my email address. when booking online, had to pay an additional $ 8/​ticket booking fee, which was not disclosed anywhere. Then had to pay $ 16 to park at the Sheraton, but they did give me a half off parking coupon, so theres another $ 8 that wasn’t discolosed. the cruise was overbooked. they had about 12 seats ont he boat and about 30 people. ridiculous. will never use them again or recommend them. my wife and i ended up having to stand the whole night, which got tiring. so we ended up going down to one of the bedrooms and sitting on the bed, with no view, just waiting for the boat to dock. would not do this charter again. would do a dinner cruise instead, so that way guaranteed seating. there was no compimentary drinks, a skunky corona was $ 5. views were amazing, sunset was gorgeous. definitely do a sunset cruise but not with these people.

I too purchased tickets through Living Social and could have sworn that a glass of champagne was included in the pkg, but maybe I misread. I had no problems contacting the business though, and they sent an email and link with instructions to book online.
The cruise itself is a lot of fun and the crew is very friendly and helpful! They offered complimentary ‘basic’ appetizers. I guess I was hoping the boat and food would be slightly more lux. Don’t get me wrong it is fine though and I haven’t really been on many boats so maybe this is high-​end as boats go. But it is a nice boat, the little rooms downstairs and the facilities were decorated really cute. The main deck (is that right? ha ha) is the area that could be a little restyled. The gentleman that directed and made the drinks is fantastic. The cruise is perfect to take in warmer weather and would perfect to book a private cruise with a group of friends, which they do offer as well. I plan on going again.
