I have been using Convergence Communications for two years now and so far the experience has been very pleasant. The installation of the phone system went smoothly without any downtime and the customer service has been very well handled. Having the new Mitel phones was a big upgrade from our Nortel system. Our call routing is very efficient, even to our remote workers at home. Highly recommended.

Totally agree with Jason H post. Avoid this company. they are a tiny office /​operation doing everything possible to bring in the almighty dollar. Jason Bales shirks communication at all costs… has no morals, no business ethic other than pocketing every penny… day late and dollar short… found their conttract is Totally and specifically phrased so that you have no recourse, no way out… your stuck even if they disconnect you off and on,. cant do anything about it. according to contract. I would avoid this company at all costs. far better, cost efficient reliable, providers with Megapath, Telepacific, Cbeyond…
