The biggest draw back is the customer facing employees do not speak English. I called to check on laundry that I left there and spent 5 minutes trying to get the lady who answered the phone to understand me. She finally hung up on me.

I have been going to this cleaners for some time. It’s not the closest to me but I think they do a good job. I paid $ 31 for 7 pairs of pants to be dry cleaned. They are really courteous when I drop off and pick up. The biggest downfall is they open at 8am. A couple of times I have to sit in the parking lot and wait for them to open.

After being a very loyal customer of Clearwater Cleaners for the past FIVE YEARS, I now find it necessary to post this comment: The NEW owner (s) of this establishment do NOT appreciate their customers; there is NO loyalty to the customer!
This place is under new ownership who has decided to stop the ‘early morning’ drop off service for those of us who used to drop off on the way to work and pick up on the way home. In addition to that, the new owner (s) will NOT honor any long-​term customer discounts given to us that have been bringing business into their shop.
To add ‘insult-​to-​injury,’ having clerks work the counter that do not speak English makes it difficult to ask pertinent questions about you’ve paid for. Customers should NOT have to worry about a language barrier!
If you’re looking for a shop that appreciates and acknowledges their customers, DO NOT go to Clearwater Clearwater cleaners.
