Clarks

went in today to find some black booties. the two young ladies in there were professional, polite, and pleasant. how refreshing to receive such great service from young people. it seems to have become rare. I will definitely be back for more shoes & refer friends & family here as the girls were not only pleasant; they were knowledgeable too. I found out about services I didn’t know Clarks had!

I’ve always liked Clark and this location is a great store. All the workers are friendly and helpful. Today I came in and was helped out by Mo. It was busy but he was so nice and calm. He was able to recommend shoes to buy that fit under their sale of 2 shoes for $ 99 and I bought a pair of sandals for myself and my mom. Thanks Mo for the excellent service!

My wife and I came in here this past week on a weeknight and right as we walked in on this quiet evening, so did a million other people. The girl working did a fantastic job of taking care of everyone. She was fast and friendly and got us all set up with the shoe my wife needed. Clark’s makes very comfortable shoes and I highly recommend this location.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had when shopping for shoes.
I am not sure what Dan L defines as the absolute worst customer service, but I had a very different experience with the guys here.
I was diagnosed with plantar fascitis, and as someone who runs a lot, I decided to check out this place and see what kind of options they had for me in casual and/​or athletic foot wear.
Now, I will tell you that most of these shoes are ugly, but there are some stylish-​looking ones too. So in other words there seems to be shoes that will appeal to all tastes.
Now back to the customer service. I explained to the guys that I was just browsing, but I told them my problem and concerns. They were very knowledgeable and engaged me in a good conversation as to what I should look for in a shoe. They asked me some questions ranging from my tastes in style to physical questions, and they presented me with some great options. I mean, these guys were doing their job, they were helpful, friendly, and presented themselves very well.
I am still looking around, but will probably be returning to this store to make a purchase.

Great shoes, but this store’s customer service is still lacking! The guys who work here seem annoyed with even the simplest customer request such as shoe size or colors. (Although my last trip there — had to go — wasn’t so bad). Skip this location and shop at the downtown — Horton Plaza — location instead for superior customer service.

I have been shopping at Clarks shoe stores for 10 years, from midtown NYC to UTC San Diego. I was in the store today to pickup shoes I had left for stretching, and I received the worst service I have ever experienced at a Clarks store. It was already disappointing to have had a negative experience with the new «Wave» shoe design, but it was especially bad to receive poor service on top of that. I bought the shoes in October and was helped by a very responsive staff member who was just about to move to Seattle. The contrast between that staff member and the young woman today was like night and day. At this point, it is unlikely that I will return to the UTC store, even though it is in my neighborhood and prefer Clarks for casual shoes.

pros… always have been a clark’s shoe fan. i find them to be very comfy and having a classic look to them. must be that little part of me that likes all things english, well from england. conservative and classical themes.
it was been a while, but bought some shoes here, and the service was great. loved how all my shoe choices were not available in my size, about a 12.5−13. so kept looking and the guy was never once annoyed with going back to check on the avaialibity of my shoe selection. well finally picked a shoe that they had my size. bought it without further hassle.
cons… not much, wait for the sale or the coupon which they send to you if you sign up on their list. makes it somewhat less expensive, but the quality, fit and finish of the shoes makes it worth the price.
