This Claire’s Accessories store is amazing. I came into the store the first time to get my second piercing on both my lobes done. I ended up coming back for my third piercing on both of my lobes, some buy-​two-​get-​one free sets of sensitive solutions jewelry, and some bracelets as well.
I got all three of my lobe piercings on both ears done at Claire’s Accessories. I got my first one done at a Claire’s in a mall when I was in high school. I recently got my second and third holes pierced by Jessica at this location a couple of months ago. I’ve read so many negative articles and reviews about not getting your ears pierced with a gun at malls or other places that are not designated professional piercing parlors but I’ve had no problems with my lobe piercings when I got them done here. I think it’s okay to get your lobes pierced with a gun at Claire’s but it is probably best to get your cartilage piercings done at a professional piercing parlor (I’m thinking about getting two cartilage piercings done soon).
I have had good experiences with getting my lobes pierced here. Jessica was very kind and patient with me both times. We triple checked and quadruple checked the markings before we decided to finally pierce them. The actual piercing process was not as painful as I imagined it to be. It was quick. I do recommend buying a couple of cans of H2Ocean to care for your piercings afterwards, though. I did not really like the aftercare solution that Claire’s provides. Be sure to not touch your ears if possible and be sure to not remove or even move the piercing earrings until they heal up. Both of my piercings took about 8 weeks or so to heal up, two more weeks than Claire’s estimated period of 6 weeks.
I like the selection of starter earrings Claire’s provides. I love the selection of sensitive ear solutions earrings. They are gorgeous and the stones sparkle. The earrings can compare with some of the more expensive stud earrings I have. I wear them every day without any problems or sensitivity.

I got my 4 mo old daughters ears pierced here by Toni and it was great! She did such an awesome job, was so sweet and patient. Very pleased!

Horrible !!! I’ve gotten my daughters ears pierced twice there and 1 always falls out. We didn’t have our receipt the first time we went in so we had to pay another 53 $ for the earring even tho it’s considered the piercers mistake as the associate told us. So now another one my daughters earrings fell out and we didn’t keep the receipt because we were guaranteed ! I am not paying another $ 50!!! This is ridiculous !

Stopped by for some cute accessories for my daughter to go with her outfit on picture day. Store was neat and tidy, easy to find stuff and the walls are packed with stuff from top to bottom. These people know how to merchandise!
The salesperson gave me a heads up that all of the clearance was marked for $ 2 or less! What a steal! I grabbed a few pairs of earrings, and one pair even rang up at $.01! Hair accessories were BOGO ½ off. 12 barrettes, a set of hair clips, and six pairs of earrings ran me $ 25. Pretty sweet!

I give them 5 stars because they did an AMAZING job piercing my baby girl’s ears. Emily and Meagan were great with her, I appreciated it soo much! Especially Emily. She was super clean and careful to sanitize everything. She made sure that the dots where they were going to pierce were matched up (about 4 times) and I truly appreciated that, I didn’t want my daughter with crooked earring holes haha. I also really liked that they pierced both ears at the same time so my daughter did not have to have one ear done then the other. They were both great with her, I can’t compliment them enough! Definitely go there for baby piercing and I would call and see if/​when those girls would be there!

My girls love coming here. Always great customer service and nice selection of accessories to choose from. Every now and then they have great sales going on too.

Cute place. Seems like a good place to get your ears pierced as I see a lot of people doing it. Their selection of earrings seem to be mostly the cheaper metals. However they do have one small case of better quality products. I can’t wear the cheap metal as I’m allergic so I am very conscious about what I purchase.
I love that they have so much more than just earrings though. My daughter could spend hours in there looking at everything… it’s sometimes difficult to get her out of there. One of these days we’ll get her ears pierced… when she’s ready.

Had new ear piercings. Very nice help. It was fast and painless. And my ears are fine 8 weeks later.
I got a 20% off coupon with the piercing. Whenever I try to use it, it is cheaper to buy in multiples than to use the coupon. I guess I have to find 1 thing I really like to use the coupon.
This is much better than Piercing Pagoda in the mall. That is a lot story but to make it short, too many babies with too many relatives taking pictures at and behind the counter. The poor clerk, to make it worse the family kept saying that the holes were not going to be even, when the girl made the marks. Enough already!
Stick with Claire’s!

The one lady in here that was working was super nice and friendly. She was also very professional and kind enough to help me when my daughter left her purse outside at the tables. OMG the security team here at Carmel Mountain Ranch is open ²⁴⁄₇ and luckily for me someone turned it in and notified the lady at the Claire’s store. We called Claire’s and she passed all the information along to me. Thankfully and luckily, all my daughter’s things were still in her purse. Thank you 3x!!!
This store is packed with accessories and all with great deals. I couldn’t wait to take her here so I am very happy that this store exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

My 3 yr old always loses one earring. What she does, i have no idea. Anyway, I used to go to Walmart and get a set of 6 for $ 15. But Claire’s has a better deal! 9 pairs for $ 10.
It can get crowded, since there is no walking room between the turnstiles.

Love love love this place, and my daughter seconds that. She just had an analphylactic reaction to horse dander, and after a stint at the RB UC, we went here for guilt shopping. She wanted all these moody type things like rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc, and of course I obliged. Dropped a cool $ 100 in under 30 minutes, it can get dangerous, that’s fo sho. Anyway, we’ll be back (probably next year), but love this place…

Claire’s is one of my favorite jewelry stores. I normally don’t buy the new jewelry because it’s a little pricey for the quality– but the sales are awesome. If you’re patient they have awesome 5 items for 10 dollars and 50% off already marked down items. That I really like. This claire’s seems a little small, but they all seem pretty tiny. I like not having to go to a mall to go here. And everyone’s super helpful and nice. Girl who pierced my ears gave really good advice and answered all my questions.
