I freaking love Cinnabon And this location always has very friendly employees. Last week they freshly made cinasticks for my friend and I and let us have free samples while we waited. Ps: the music they were playing was great!

Estoy harto de llegar a este local corriendo y manejando de Lejos para poder llegar poquito antes de las 9 pm(Hora de cerrar) por q a mi esposa le dan antojos y que me digan a las 8:59 de la noche que ya no me pueden atender por q ya cerraron y estan contando el dinero de la caja. Que mal y que descepcionante. I’m sick and tired of getting to this location as fast as I can from work breaking the speed limit on the freeway just to be told at 8:59 that I can’t buy anything Cuz they are close and counting what’s on the register. My wife gets disappointed every single time and I’m sick of letting her down just because of lack of costumer care.

worst customer service ever and their products are horrible. they offer a free soda when you check in but then they don’t want to substitute any other drinks when their drink machine is out of «gas». apparently its ok to them to give customers flat drinks. the cinnabon i ordered was blah. i will never come to this place again. ive been here twice and both time they sucked.

This is the letter I sent to auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon store when I bought Cinnabon & pretzels today. It pretty much ch says it all, so why bother when the employee won’t acknowledge one’s purchase? I love Cinnabon & auntie Anne’s but this type of customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. To Whom It May Concern, Since there was nobody in the store, I took my time asking questions about the frequent customer card. I had changed wallets today so I didn’t have my customer frequent cards from both auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon(I’m both a fan of Cinnabon & auntie Anne’s that’s why I can never decide what to get when they are together, which happens to be this store). The gentleman told me that since the store is new, they don’t have it available. After my purchase, only then did the employee give me the info about the auntie Anne’s app., even though I was already asking about it beforehand. After I made the purchase, I sat down & downloaded the app. Only then did I realize that I could have added points to my app with the purchase I just made. So I went back to the employee asking if he can consider my purchase for today now that I have the app. I was told that they can’t. I had been asking info about them. Why can’t he tell me about it beforehand so I could have downloaded the app then he could have scanned my app right then & there? I have been asking about the company’s perks the whole time… I understand if they can’t retract the purchase but all they needed to do was to tell me about it BEFORE I made the purchase!!! This is not good customer service in my opinion. I was not asking something for nothing! I’m merely trying to get into what the company’s offering!!! But the employee is not willing to do it!!! Is this how the company wants to do business!!! If it is, why bother offering the app in the first place if the employee is not willing to do it!!! PLEASE!!! This 3 in 1 shop is the perfect mixture of goodness. I went to Cinnabon last night and ordered the classic Cinnabon… tasted as delicious as usual and seemed cheaper than other locations. I was given a Cinnabon from a fresh tray right out of the oven… AMAZING!
