Working out with Chris has been a very rewarding experience. My primary goal has been to increase strength and build muscle. I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past, and none have brought the same level of enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism as Chris. He consistently pushes and motivates me to reach my personal fitness goals. He integrates the basics(squats, bench press, etc.) with nonconventional exercises to keep things as fun as an hour in the gym can be. Chris is consistently on time and is flexible when I need to move my schedule around for any reason. I would recommend Chris without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of receiving a fitness evaluation with Chris Parck and was extremely impressed. He is well educated on fitness and nutrition and provided me with very useful insights on how I can immediately begin achieving my specific health related goals. His sincerity is very clear as well… he takes time to listen and doesn’t have a «one size fits all» fitness régime to offer. One look at him and it’s obvious that he «walks the walk»(which adds to his credibility). I spent about six weeks working out with Chris and it was a great experience. I’m the type of person that asks a lot of questions. I asked about a variety of workouts, nutrition, supplements, etc, and Chris was always able to answer all my questions. I have pretty messed up knees, so all of the workouts he picked worked around that. I’ve received a bunch of compliments from friends. There isn’t a quick and easy way to get fit, but Chris definitely got me started off right. After the holidays, I’m going to get back to working out, and this time I’ll know exactly what to do in order to get the most efficient workout. If you’re looking to get in shape, hit up Chris!

«As a member of Chuze fitness, one of the perks is being able to schedule personal training sessions. I scheduled a series with Chris, to specifically help me pass the CA Correctional Officer physical exam. Chris tackled this incredibly difficult project with me and did an amazing job! After setting up multiple mock tests(based on the actual exam) and focusing on strengthening the necessary problem areas, I not only passed the exam but I felt GREAT afterward. I have been working with Chris for about 2 months now and it has been great. Chris is great at keeping me motivated and encourages me to push myself beyond what I thought was possible. Chris is not only an outstanding trainer, he is an outstanding person. He is not a pompous jock trainer. He is dedicated to his clients and to being as knowledgeable as possible in every aspect of his job. I am a 56 year old female who when to Chris for help with getting back in shape after gaining weight over the last ten years while recovering from over eight surgeries for shoulder, elbow, hand and foot sports injuries. Chris took time to learn about my injuries and the limitations that comes with them and was able to create very challenging workouts for me that pushed me to work hard without jeopardizing further injury. Chris made it comfortable for me to get back into the gym again and his since of humor made my workouts fun… grueling and exhausting, but fun! I give Chris my highest recommendation.

I am committed for life and you should be too! Chris is amazing at his job and is an equally amazing person. I always feel so comfortable and am pushed to the max. I can’t wait for my next session because the results are continuous and I continue to feel better about myself(physically and mentally) each time we train.
