I also have a Groupon for ChiroMassage Centers; mine is for an adjustment and massage and although it is unfortunate they could not schedule my appointment until April, the gentleman with whom I spoke to when I called provided a reasonable explanation as to why they are booking a month out. The conversation was pleasant and in no way did I feel I was talked to differently for being a Groupon customer. The man tried his best to book my service as soon as possible while also taking my personal schedule availability into account and even sounded sorry he couldn’t find anything earlier in the calendar. Understandably, this center already has a base of clientele, and in order to accommodate all customers, new and returning, they can only accept a certain number of Groupon purchased appointments per week. I, like many other Groupon voucher holders, have waited until the expiration date is looming to book my appointment, so there is absolutely no reason I should be shocked that this center is booked through the month. In fact, I take such as a sign of a good service provider. in demand. Regardless, they are honoring the Groupon even if your appointment is scheduled after the date of expiration. I do not feel this place should be condemned or punished for giving priority to their regular, loyal and likely paying full service price customers. I commend them for using Groupon in attempt to expand their client base, ans I also sympathize in that it is impossible to immediately accommodate anyone and whoever has the duty of answering the phone likely gets an earful from those expecting instant gratification. *This review will be updated in April, after my appointment, and will focus on the services provided. Until then…“patience is a virtue” and«good things come to those who wait».
