Chase Bank

I was extremely frustrated walking into this bank after dealing with a health savings account with aetna this bank used to service. They helped me contact my health savings account rep, answered all my questions and everyone I encountered was so helpful! Thanks again!

Was in the area and stopped by this branch yesterday to order a new debit card (I lost mine last week.oops.)
I can honestly say the customer service here is GREAT. Was immediately welcomed upon walking in by a super sweet trainee named Kim. Helped me with my withdrawl and then promptly grabbed the branch manager to help me order a new debit card. The manager was fantastic and when she found out that I recently moved to SD from Chicago, called over another banker who was also a Chicago transplant. The entire time they were working on ordering my new card, everyone was super attentive, chatting me up and made the experience over all very enjoyable. They even got me a debit card that has the Bears logo on it :)
I have worked in sales/​customer service for the past 8 years and know how valuable having this type of service is. I NEVER write reviews but I left very impressed with the entire staff and frankly am a little bummed out that I live downtown and that this location isn’t really convenient for me.

I’ve only been here for the drive-​thru ATM, only stopping by when no other chase is on the way. I haven’t been inside, so I can’t rate the staff. :) Location is okay though. Looks safe enough at night. Safe enough that when I passed through the other night, there were a couple of cars parked in the parking lot, with people doing what appears to be a «Craigslist» transaction. ha ha. :)
