Shared a brisket plate with my new wifey. Better than expected for amusement park. Actually felt like I got my money’s worth! Can’t say the same for Great America, Universal Studios, or Six Flags.

The brisket is really good, you can taste the smoked flavor. The chicken needs more sauce, but it has good flavor and is a good piece of white meat. The service is OK, no good or bad review either way. I would eat here again!

Ate here on 5÷30÷5÷15 during my visit to Sea World with my 2 friends. I got the ribs and my friends got the chicken and caesar salad. The ribs were well cooked for a theme park. Chicken was not dry. Bbq sauce was good. I was impressed with the Shamu looking dessert. I did not get one because it was mostly all frosting. Lines were long but moved quick. The picnic area was clean and had plenty of seating.

The food is great! 5 starts for that but the costumer service is 50⁄50. I’ve been there a few times, there are a few people that are attentive and nice but some are just very unfriendly. Their menu is a bit confusing, especially for first timers. I got the chicken Caesar salad meal and it was the best salad I ever had! I really dislike salad but I wanted to give it a try and get out of my comfort zone. I’m so glad I did! Also be prepared for LONG lines.

My friend and some lady that works at one of the gift shops in the park recommended this place to my wife and I so we had to go and try it out. We got the sampler… It comes with ribs, chicken, one sausage and a roll. The ribs were a disappointment… Way to much fat and very dry on some parts but when you found a part that wasnt super dry or surrounded with tons of fat they were good. The chicken was good(leg and thigh) after you pulled all the fat off. The sausage was my favorite no porblems there. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Fyi they do no refills on reguler drinks at the resterants so i would go for the souvenire cup you get free refills all day and only .99 cents on return visits.

Ok folks… Sea World and BBQ??? I know what you must be thinking… nah…nope…But guess what? For a park. its pretty decent! I ordered 2 samplers, a rib plate and a few desserts… can you tell we were hungry? Lets get to it: After waiting in a VERYLONGLINE… for a minute I thought I was in a line for an attraction. But I confirmed this was the BBQ line. The wait was not that bad though and it went went quick. The food is served cafeteria style which was fine and the portions were a good size. Ribs were hot, tender, flavorful and overall pretty good. Brisket was tender and not overcooked. The chicken was moist. All came with fries and a roll, I didn’t care for the fries. They were hard and dry. Roll was like yummy sweet cloud of yum and I knew it would be going straight to my thighs but that didn’t stop me for eating mine and my baby girls. they were yummy. I still had meat leftover and was forced to toss it because they offered nothing to take it with you which was a bit sad. Desserts were great. They were so good we went back for more before they closed. Service was pretty great as well. Mayra gets a thumb up from me! Overall, for park food… the prices and quality was above average. I would rather eat here than a pizza or a burger for sure!

NEGATIVE1STAR. We ordered Pork Spare Ribs and BBQ Chicken. The portions are huge but the food is COLD, DRYANDNASTY. The ribs were charred all over and had no flavor. The chicken was very bland and lukewarm. The fries were obviously of the frozen variety. The best part of the meal was the dinner roll. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE. LEAVETHEPARKANDGOTO A LOCALRESTAURANT.

Was starving when I walked by this place. The smell of the woodfired smoked bbq whet my appetite. Grabbed a salad, cookies n’ cream slice of cheesecake, brisket with fries and a roll. The fries were cooked but limp with no crispness. The brisket had a little smoke ring but was very fatty and not a good cut of meat. It was tough and difficult to eat with the bbq sauce which was the worst sauce I’ve ever tasted before. The cheesecake was not much better. The brisket and cheesecake were so bad that I ate less than half of the portions despite my hunger. The lettuce in the salad was crisp and was edible so I finished it with the ranch dressing and the slice of tomato, olive and slice of cucumber that came with it. From what I’ve heard, Seaworld doesn’t have the best food and this is supposed to be one of the better places. If this is the case, next time, I’ll pack some sandwiches because this is one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. I ran to get a funnel cake to just to get the taste of this horrible food out off my tastebuds. This horrible experience cost $ 25 with a pint of milk included. Ouch!

My BF wanted some BBQ and then we walked by this place and it was part of the All Day Dining Deal so why not! Same as the other restaurants inside of Seaworld, pick up a tray and wait in line like at a cafeteria. What I got: BBQ Brisket Caesar Salad & Caramel Cheesecake: they give you 4 huge pieces of brisket! The caesar salad is made to order which I thought was nice and it wasn’t overly dressed. Brisket wasn’t bad, but needed more flavor. They have BBQ sauce pumps outside right after you pay for your food. I also got the caramel cheesecake as my side which I thought was pretty good. Soft and creamy, but not too sweet. Service: Workers here were much nicer than the Café 64 workers. But still… food didn’t really impress me that much.

The food is probably the best in Sea World(although that doesn’t really say much). But if you are looking for something beyond the hamburgers, hotdogs, and pizza. This would be a great choice. I enjoyed the food– had some chicken with a side. The meat was very tender and flavorful and just the right amount of sauce.(not drenched to compensate) However, the line was horrendous!!! On a very average day(not overly crowded) I waited 45 minutes to order my food. The restaurant is set up with two incoming lines that snake their way to the front counter where you order and pick up the precooked items. Theoretically, pre-cooked food should mean that everything moves fast. But the reality is that the service is incredible slow, depending on who your servers are. I noticed that the other line was moving considerably faster as people who got in line after I did were served and out the door before I even reached the front counter. I mentioned this to a cashier and she tried to blame it on the customers by saying that people don’t know what they want and take forever to figure it out. REALLY? Why doesn’t this happen to all restaurants? Sea World needs to totally revamp the system and figure out how to provide better customer service. I’m giving this 3 stars since the food is decent but service makes this dysfunctional.

We were on the dining plan. It is an Okay deal but MUCH better if you buy it online the day before(or more) your trip because you save $ 5 per person. Kids meals are not great. Chicken nuggets or Chicken strips or Turkey sandwich or Tofu sandwich, not much of a choice if your child has a poultry allergy. The brisket is good and you can substitute ribs for extra brisket. Portion control is random depending upon the food service worker behind the counter.

i originally tried to go to shipwreck reef to eat lunch, but was told by staff that this place has a better gluten free menu. all their meats are gluten free so i appreciated the choices. i got a sampler plate(ribs, brisket, and chicken) and they provided corn and fruit instead of a roll and fries. i honestly can say that i’ve never had such disgusting park food. and i go to the parks a lot. like seriously a lot. there was so much fat on the meat that i couldn’t eat any of it. the chicken was edible, but so dry. i only enjoyed my fruit as the corn was also pretty pathetic looking/tasting. i would never come back here or recommend this place to others.

The rib meat I ate here was slammin’. When I bit into the succulent full-flavored rib, the mixture of marinades and seasonings culminated into a savoring experience only taste-buds could detail. The dessert looked a bit overpriced and under-portioned, so I stuck with the basics and ordered the sampler plate. I ate my food almost 20 minutes before closing, which meant I had less distractions when eating my food. Next time I will order a plate to take home.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to SeaWorld and eaten at Calypso but I remember it being a lot better. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Much like Tara Reid’s acting career, this place has has taken a major turn for the worse. After waiting 45 minutes in line at 7PM, I ordered the $ 17 sampler platter which is supposed to come with chicken, brisket and ribs but apparently they ran out of brisket and just gave me extra ribs. Great, more ribs, except… they were the spare ribs and not the baby back ribs. The spare ribs were tough and flavorless. I think they might have boiled them and just put on the sauce after the fact. And despite how hungry my friends were at the time, they just gave up and ended up tossing their ribs. The chicken wasn’t that much better. It was at least moist but also like Tara Reid’s acting, still very bland. Now with all that reminiscing about SeaWorld and Tara Reid complete, I think it’s time to go watch Sharknado.

My husband looked at the various restaurant options on the map and opted for this one because of the smokehouse title. Unfortunately, being the Unilocal fanatic that I am, I should have checked their reviews before dining here. There were two crazy long lines leading into the extremely hectic restaurant, which at first we thought meant that they were pretty popular, but once inside their doors we realized that it was because the workers were totally unorganized and flustered. I ended up ordering their hickory smoked chicken Caesar salad, which came with an entire intact romaine lettuce along with the largest slab of smoked chicken. No one mentioned that it came with no dressing, so thankfully I grabbed one while passing the side salads. If my husband and I knew ahead of time how immense their dishes were, we would have opted to share a dish. Almost forty minutes later with our meals in hand we headed around the outside of the restaurant for a place for our family of three to sit. Majority of the tables were taken, but thankfully we were able to find some on the outer edge of their restaurant under a covered umbrella. Sadly many of the tables in that section were empty, but very dirty. There were smudges of ketchup and trays of food left on some of the unoccupied tables along with many french fries and napkins blowing along on the ground getting caught on chair and table legs. We were just grateful to find a covered spot that wasn’t too sticky. The entire time we dined there no one came around to clean up. The chicken was alright, but the uncut romaine lettuce and large slab of chicken made it a difficult luncheon choice for a busy Mom caring for her young child and Shamu Kid’s Meal at the same time. An hour or so later while walking around the park we all walked around with uneasy, crampy stomachs. According to some of the other reviews, this isn’t a first. We are fun pass season holders, and will definitely not be dining here on our next trip to the park.

I was a bit wary, reading the reviews about this place. Thankfully we didn’t experience a lot of things that were expressed. The place is pretty much average. They didn’t have baby back ribs during early lunch so I went with pork ribs. Overall the food wasn’t bad. Just don’t come expecting what you find in typical smoke-house BBQ places.

11:30 on a Thurs. Park is empty… WTH?! But a bonus because there is absolutely NO wait. $ 15: 5 rib combo w corn, fries & roll. I added a garlic breadstick for my little boy… but ended up splitting it with his dad. Seriously. Get the garlic breadstick; the most under-rated item on the menu! Ribs were decent, corn was boiled in oil but had no taste and the roll was nice and springy(?) BBQ sauce is a tad on the vinegary side for those not keen on vinegar. I put mine on the side. A good call!

Food was ok, wasn’t nothing big. It was just like a normal theme park eatery where your options are minimal. They give you combos and you decide what you want the rest is a grab and go(desserts, sides, fruits, etc). I got chicken tenders as I said nothing special. It was the same if I would’ve bought it at a grocery store and made it myself. The french fries that day were passable so I mainly consumed that all instead of the chicken tenders. The pumpkin cheesecake(supposedly) lacked cream cheese. It was more likely a mousse type of cheesecake. FAIL. Long line, service was mediocre, and dirty tables. If you want something quick then I suggest to go elsewhere. Although if you get the«all you can eat bracelet» then you are limited to only 4 places to dine and you’ll be stuck with one of these options.

Two words for this place: DRYRUB. Use it. Your under-seasoned, lukewarm, disgusting excuse for barbecue should go down in history as the most ingenious and expensive scam invented. I would call it beef jerky, but it would be an insult to beef jerky. The smashed, dry, french fries were not even accepted by the seagulls. The corn was pretty much raw, and butter and salt failed to provide any comfort. On the bright side, my lunch made my dinner stand out. Lucky for Ruth’s Chris.

Long lines, slow service, ok BBQ. On a good day I think you’ll be waiting in line for at least 20 – 30 mins until you reach the front. When you’re hungry the food looks good. Looks can be deceiving. The BBQ is ok. I wish they would have slather down more BBQ sauce on your meat though(calm down now). The BBQ was dry and a bit bland. The best bet was their fries! The seating isn’t bad, a lot of shade, netting so the birds won’t get in and lots of tables and benches to use for dining. Go elsewhere in the park to dine.
