The food/service is much better now since the remodel Got some bacon double cheeseburgers and they were pretty good. Plus the fries are pretty decent The remodel seems to have fixed the place up

So, my BF went there today but forgot 1COUPON, so he called me and I gave ELVIS, the CODE but tells me ‚” it’s not working “. I asked to talk to the MANAGER and he tells me «HEISBUSY », really. I can’t believe that.

So been a while since I’ve been to Burger King. After today it’ll be a while longer. The drive thru people were seriously rude. Got my order wrong. Then gave me attitude when I corrected them. And then still got it wrong. Employee moral and performance is a direct reflection of the management in place. I’d say they need to clean house and start over or just shut down all together and let a business that appreciated its customers to open there.

I struggled with this review so I am settling for a 2.5 stars if there’s such a thing. Don’t get me wrong the Extra Long Cheese Burger was good, the item I ordered, but it was not very extra long as promoted on their commercials. At any rate, I ordered the combo with fries and an ice tea( ). Like I said, the cheeseburger tasted good, given its size and price of $ 7 for the combo, I would of needed at least three of the cheeseburgers to fill me up, so let’s call it a snack. The burger came with onions, BBQ sauce and melted cheese which all tasted good together( ). Thankfully there was not mayo on this BBQ just the semi sweet BBq sauce( ). The fries were good and for the most part were nice and crispy and arrived piping hot. They were moderately salted and tasted good. I learned that you can order them unsalted if you are watching your salt in take( ). By the way, the ice tea was a little stale and I did not drink much of it. I should of replace it with something else, but I ma not a big fan of soda. The counter service was alright, nothing special because I pretty much felt like cattle being herded through… Extra Long Cheeseburger should be called the«A Little Longer Cheeseburger»… No really.

I come to the drive thru here about once a week. Now this will sound OCDish to many but as I am driving I notice there is a middle-aged dude in shorts with several dogs at the drive thru window. He is leaning his arms on the window counter and his whole body in sticking thru the window and his dogs are wandering around on leashes. Most people will say so what? Well I use the drive thru because of convenience plus because I don’t like going into fast food restaurants and dealing with odd people, dirty surfaces etc. I am thinking of this dude putting his body all over what is supposed to be a clean counter and I am thinking about how his little dogs might be «doing their business» right below the drive thru window. It just turned me off from eating there and I went to the Lemon Grove BK and got a really good burger from the drive thru. Over the years, maybe 4 or 5 times, I have seen someone try to order at a fast food drive thru without a car and every time they have said«Sorry sir we cannot do that.» And even if they got mad they have adamantly refused. Not sure the reason, but a quick googling said it may be for safety/insurance reasons. I will come back, but if the manager or staff read this I hope they will consider doing like all the other fast food places I have seen and not serve people on foot at the drive thru. Thank you.

I’m not a big fast food person since I am vegetarian but surprisingly Burger King has a really good veggie burger. I get it plain with BBQ sauce and onion rings inside and unlike the other poor reviews on here out if maybe 15 times I’ve come here they have gotten it wrong only once I always order a side if onion rings in case so I can add them myself. Not the best food obviously but pretty darn tasty!

Yuk! *0-stars* Ok, let’s be honest. Everyone regrets eating fast food but this Burger King is a nightmare. Horrible service, wrong orders, disgusting. The only reason I personally go to Burger King is for the Original Chicken Sandwich. It’s hard to mess up because of it’s simplicity(chicken, lettuce, bread). However, every single time I attempt eating here they burn the chicken to an Inedible crisp, smother it with mayonnaise and hot wilted lettuce and slap it on a stale bun. Secondly, almost every time my wife goes there, they give her half the order if they don’t get the whole thing wrong. We have even had friends get sick within minutes of eating. In conclusion, this place sucks. Skip it, fast food«restaurants» are a dime a dozen, just go to next one if you value your health and sanity. It would be nice for it to leave my neighborhood or be replaced by something better.

The only time I go to any BK is if I’m getting the chicken sandwiches; since I don’t eat red meat, I wouldn’t know what their other entrees are like. That being said, the crispy chicken sandwiches are decent enough. The bread is soft, the lettuce is crisp, and it isn’t saturated in mayo. BK consistently run money saving specials so that’s a plus. Bonus points for this location being in a mall… get your grocery shopping and other errands done in one fell swoop after lunch.

My parents absolutely love the whopper hear. They say no other places makes good food. LOL. I love that they have the veggie burger and their soda machine is great. So many different variety. I usually get their flavored Dasani water or diet Dr. Pepper. Every time I come here it is clean and I get good service from them. They are fast with our orders too.

Good central location @ College & El Cajon Blvd. Nice, clean interior. Jr. Whopper was hot, fresh and tasty. Sweet potato fries cut too thin, but good.

Jeff the manager kindly helped me over the phone when I called in because I had ordered a #3 with no onions, no beef patty & ended up with a bun-less BLT at home. He told me «You can come in today for a replacement meal or get a refund.» when I came back to get a refund from the night manager later, I was surprised when she told me he had written in the manager’s log to replace my almost $ 8 meal with french fries? WHAAAAT? I think not? That is just evil. I called in as upset as I was, with respect and a cool temperament. Ever heard of Karma? Well. I ended up getting my refund for only the burger, but not without getting evil looks and an attitude from the lady night manager on 3÷31÷12 at about 11:30pm. How am I treated like the bad guy in this? Unprofessional and disappointing. I will be telling all of the college people in the area to steer clear or just go to deep fried Popeyes instead.

Horrible fast food location. The service is always lousy. 4 out of the 5 times I have been there, my orders were messed up. Whether it be missing onion rings or mistaking orange fanta for diet coke, they never cease to amaze me. No more, no more.

During my visit the service was pretty good and the food was good. Got two whopper meals and it came put to $ 9 something The food came out pretty quick, and the dining area wasn’t dirty. I like that they have Mello Yello as a beverage choice! Parking isn’t too bad, overall, based on my experience, this is a good location.

HORRIBLE! they have bad service if i was the manager i would send my employees to school to learn english and customer service. i wanted ketchup one time so i stood there for like 5min until the two workers finished their spanish gossip then look at me like if i had something in my face. also in a drive thru i had a coupon and they told me to let them know i had a coupon when ordering since they couldnt go back and fix my order.(you can barely understand them on the speaker) and they were nice enough to talk smack in spanish in front of the window about me, not realizing I AMMEXICANANDSPEAKTHEIRLANGUAGE. this place should be shut down or under new management, since the manager doesnt do anything! oh i live down the street so when i crave a hamburger its the closest place but its always a regret

Can never go wrong with a whopper! I have been feening for a whopper for a week or two, went there last night. There’s only 2 reviews and they both have 1star. I had a meal, and it came out just fine. They don’t overcharge in my opinion(: yumm whoppper.

I have been here many times and if you don’t mind getting screwed then go there. I just got home from my last experince and it was another bad experince. All I asked for was a bacon double cheese burger no pickle, a large fry, a large drink, and a pie. What I got was a double cheese burger with BBQ sauce, a large fry, the drink and had to ask for the pie(which was warm, but was suppose to be cold). I took the burger back and they used the same burger and just put bacon on it and fought with me about the BBQ sauce. I really didn’t want the sauce but I couldn’t speak spanish so I couldn’t tell he got the order wrong. Everytime I’ve gone there they have never gotten my order right. At all cost avoid this place since they do not practice what there company motto«Have it your way!» But if you getting screwed then go there, they know how to do that really good…

Avoid this Burger King: store policy here is to overcharge you! I’ve been here twice. The first time, I thought I had paid a little too much, but just chalked it up to not paying attention. The second time, I used a coupon for«Buy a Whopper combo, get a Whopper free.» Although the price should have been about $ 6, they tried to charge $ 8 by ringing up the fries, drink, and burger separately rather than as a combo! When I called them on this, the manager argued, saying I was the one wrong. Pffft.
