Marty and his team are truly the best in the business!
After months of working, I was told no by a mortgage broker while in escrow for my Dream Home. That night I called Marty in a panic, when he reassured me that he could get the job done. He worked THAT NIGHT until 2am to finish my mortgage application, and continued to work with the same tenacity until the job was completed.

Marty Stroiman was so patient with my difficult clients who desperately needed a reverse mortgage to save their home. He kept them on track and probably had to explain the process multiple times. On several occasions it looked as if the deal was dead and they would lose their home, but Mary got them past several hurdles [some of their own creation] to close the deal.
