David, from Bravo inspection services did a more than great job inspecting our new house. His attention to detail, and thoroughness is second to none. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we put our absolute trust in David to let us know what was wrong with the house. He did exactly that and more. He even had a bouncy ball in his bag of trick to keep my daughter occupied while we were at the house. After the fact David came back to ensure that everything we requested was completed and done correctly. Thanks again David, we will recommend you to everyone you know.

I wanted to put this review out there for all the new home buyers entering the market. I recently purchased my house and when it came time to ordering the inspection i went with my Realtor’s choice. I agreed to go with David O’dell at Bravo Inspection Services since she swore she had worked with the guy many times and he was great. Well to keep a long story short a company who’s vision statement prides themselves on knowledge, experience and professionalism made a huge oversight. My community and many other homes built around the same time had Quest piping for plumbing instead of the traditional copper pipes. Since then there was a widely known recall and class action settlement to home owners with this type of plumbing. So how can a company/​guy clearly miss gray plastic piping in my attic, you tell me! It was an $ 7500 oversight. When i contacted the company they only offered to refund my home inspection fee. A real estate lawyer told me that this clause let’s just about any dummy be a home inspector because in California you don’t need to be licensed. So buyer beware of Bravo Inspection Services!!!
