We loved the food there, service is fast, food is tasty, price is reasonable. Wish there is more Boston Market in SD area.

So I went to Boston Market a week or so ago. Got the half chicken and sides plus a drink deal. Had my dinner there and it wasn’t the best that they have served me in the past! You could tell that the sides were sitting there for awhile! The corn bread was dry and tasteless! Now the chicken… Oh what can I say about the chicken!!! Well as I was eating the chicken I got through about half of it, picking at it with my fork no less… But as I turn the chicken over what do I see… Raw bloody chicken! After seeing that I felt sick to my stomach! I went to show the people up front and said the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way! The normal response you would assume getting back from them would be «oh my god we are so sorry! Let’s get you a new piece!» But no that’s not what I got… Instead the response was«oh it’s ok that’s just the blood!» The BLOOD!!! What the heck!!! Was this the persons first day working at Boston Market? Did this person even know that blood means raw chicken and potentially salmonella poisoning! At this point another worker came up and asked what was wrong… The person said I had brought back the chicken because I thought it was uncooked and raw… That that person said I told him it was ok it was only blood! Well the other person just looked at that coworker and turned to me and said sorry let me make it right by giving you another piece. In the back of my head I’m thinking no that’s ok I really don’t want it and I lost my appetite anyways… When I tried to tell them it was ok that I didn’t want it they kept saying no no we will give you another piece. I took the piece home but felt so sick that I ended up just throwing it out the next day! I’m sorry but not sorry! To have an employee tell a customer that the chicken is fine that it’s only blood is not right! I mean they should have seen the blood when they cut the chicken in half! I loved Boston Market but after this incident I wouldn’t be going there anytime soon… if ever again!

This is probably the best rotisserie chicken in the area. Their sides are great with good flavor. Not box or out of the bag in a shelf type, real potatoes and gravy. The meatloaf is ok, being bias because of my own of course but not bad. The carver sandwiches are filling and delicious. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its near my home so its a good stop in when looking for good food fast.

I came here craving chicken and I expected this fast food place to be like KFC, WRONG! This place is 10 times better. For $ 8 they have a 3piece dark meat meal with 2 sides and cornbread. I chose Mac and cheese and vegetable stuffing. The food was delicious, it reminds me of a home cooked meal on thanksgiving. The drive thru lady that helped me out was super sweet also. I have never had such great customer service for a drive thru. She even told me on weekends they do a buy 1 get one free meal of you rate them. I loved how informative she was to me. See you later KFC, because I just found my goto chicken place!

Had a sample turkey dinner a month prior to thanksgiving at the restaurant and it was excellent. Portions were exceptional and the taste was equally as good. Decided to order their thanksgiving dinner. It was perfect! The system to order was in place and to pick up was just as good as they have you a pick up time. The parking lot was tight but to be understood as its a holiday. The overall experience was supper efficient. I will do it again next year not to mention eating there at times.

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order for meals for 6 online — picked up the meals via drive through. When I got home, I received 1 ½ very small chicken(INSTEADOF2WHOLECHICKEN) and it was all squeezed into one container. Some of the corn bread was crushed. HOW is this even possible??? Paid for meals of 6 and RECEIVED1.5 chicken and not 2WHOLE chicken as claimed??? What made me so UPSET was the meals for 6 was supposed to served my family and family guests. Instead of cooking, I wanted to make my life easier and relied on Boston Market. This location failed. We ended up shredding the chicken up and share so everyone have enough food on the table. I was completely embarrassed and felt so awkward in front of my guests. DONOT come here and order meals for your family!!! This place short change you big time.

I used to go to Boston Market back in high school, and recently my brother swears it’s the best and the most moist chicken that melts in your mouth. So one evening after a shopping spree at Costco, the fiancée wanted something«healthy». I recommended BM since it was«healthier» than a Costco pizza or polish dog, so he was in. I was surprised to find out that they open until 10pm. We drove up around 815p and it looked like the restaurant was closed with no patrons and the lights were dim. We were greeted when we entered and stood in front of the menu for several minutes not knowing what to order. There were a variety of choices from chicken to ribs. Not very extensive, but adequate if you’re in a hurry. They do have a drive thru for convenience, also. We decided on getting 2 individual meals. I opted for the 3 pc dark that came with 3 pieces, 2 sides, and cornbread. For the sides I got the mac and cheese and sweet corn. What was weird was I found the chicken had a weird sweet glaze to it, which I didn’t care for. It looked like the slime that came out of the spam or vienna sausage cans. I was grossed out. The mac and cheese was a bit too salty for my taste, and the sweet corn wasn’t really sweet. The corn bread was EHHH… Sadly, I wasn’t impressed, and would opt to go to El Pollo Loco instead.

This location is very friendly and awesome has customer service. The food is delicious as well, not to mention fast service. Mash potato & gravy with sweet corn, steam veggies, mac & cheese is a must with 3 piece dark or white meat, yum. I’m not a big fan of their tortilla soup though. I will definitely come back beings this place isn’t far from where I work at. I like how it’s central of the different stores, Saks Fifth, Nordstroms Rack, Banana Republic, etc. Too bad, I can’t go shopping during my lunch, lol.

Ay! This place still uplifted as far food. You get da food fast and you can opt for drive thru service. But of all the fast food places, this and El Pollo are the healthiest options IMO. The bad reviews might have scared me away had I read them before actually trying them for myself. I’ve only done drive though, so that’s all I can discuss. As far as I’m concerned, the service was good. Never had a bad experience dealing with drive through. The chicken was never dry, ever every single time I ordered. The sides were OK though I’ve never ordered the corn. My usual sides were mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and sweet potatoes. I rarely deviate from that. Those worked fine for me and I’m sticking with them. Mah offspring prefer this place to chick-fil-a or however they’re called. When you want a change from the burgers and Tex-mex crap, you can go here. As for the poor reviews… I don’t know why they had crappy experiences. Such a mystery. Mine was quite different. No bad service. No terrible food.

Chicken and ribs and mash potatoes are very good. Customer service from AiDAN very BAD. Smashing his coins while we wait for change from him. Slams the registers. My wife and I order food like usual and we see his behavior as if he hates his job. My wife just felt mad and could not enjoy our dinner. We do not go to places to start trouble or make people miserable. Do not be served by him. He will make you feel miserable and worse. he may mishandle your food.

The Chicken is always good. There are many choices for healthy sides. The kids love the Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. I don’t know what all the low reviews are for. It’s a fast food chicken place. It’s healthier then fast food and the food is always consistent.

I hadn’t been to a Boston Market in well over a decade and I remember being madly in love with their cornbread when I was little. When I heard about their Buy One Meal, Get one Meal Free Deal on Tax Day, I decided it was a good time to revisit the place. It was around 12:30pm when I stopped by. Upon entering I was surprised that there was no line right at the top of the lunch hour. Maybe people didn’t get the BOGO memo. Maybe they were too busy, running around finishing up their taxes, who knows. I ordered a ¼ rack ribs and ¼ chicken meal and and ½ chicken meal for my hubs and myself. Each individual meal came with 2 sides and a cornbread. I upgraded some of the sides which is an extra quarter each or so, no biggie. I had everything packed to go, service was good and fairly quick, food felt nice and hot in the bag. I zoomed home, mouth watering from the yummy aroma of chicken. I pulled out the plates and set the table and right before getting down to chowing, I realized they forgot to include my cornbread!!! Grrrrrrr what the hay!!! Hubby offered me his(bless his heart) and so we split it but I was so disappointed cause that’s what I had been looking forward to most — their irresistibly sweet cornbread which I now held only a morsel of(I didn’t remember them being so small back then…).The rest of the meal was good. Ribs were yummy, chicken breast was surprisingly juicy, the mac and cheese was not the best I’ve had but the loaded mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were pretty bombdotcom. I had to knock off a star for forgetting the bread. Getting an order right is part of their service and so only 3 stars this time around. I may go back and just order the cornbreads a la cart; I think it was 6 for 1.95. I could make a meal out of that.

Food-terrible. Service-terrible. Price-terible Their signature cornbread was cold and when I asked for it to be warmed up, I was dismissed with«We serve it room temperature Sir!» This was from the manager, Victor, who«struts» yes, «struts» around like he can’t be fired. He’s probably related to somebody. Don’t go to this place

Wow talk about a glorified KFC. This is one place I will not be back to. In his defence we were looking for a fast bite and I refuse to eat fast food, so they swore up and down this place was better than fast food. I would beg to differ. The half chicken was decent, the beast was slightly dry but the leg and wing were decent with good flavor. The mac and cheese was so good I took one bite spit it in my napkin as hidden as I could. The two things that did hit the spot was the corn and the corn bread. The corn bread was very spongy and moist with a nice sweet after taste, and the corn I don’t really see how you could mess up it was just regular corn. On the other hand the service was fast and very polite I couldn’t complain at all. The place was deserted there was only two other people there beside us, but it was lunch hour so maybe that could explain a bit. You won’t catch me here again though.

Poor and not so friendly customer service compare to their other locations. Food is salty and not fresh side orders. Will not come back again to this location. Boo hoo!

Fresh ingredients and quick friendly service. Chicken bowl with mashed potatoes and corn is my favorite here and makes this a good choice when you need a break from burrito’s, burgers, or pizza.

The food here surprisingly is actually really good. I’ve only been a few times and each time was seriously really good. Also love that it’s drive thru too but dining it was nice also.

In one sentence, the order was not accurate and the waitress was rude. So I ordered a Santa Fe Salad with chicken. It came without corn and black beans while it was supposed to. When I nicely asked the waitress about this, she actually rolled her eyes and said, «I didn’t make your salad.» I said, «maybe you can ask the person who made the salad please?» She just walked away. Another person came up and explained that they were out of corn and black beans. I said, «I wish that you have told me this when placing my order.» He said, «I can remake your salad.» I was confused. They were out of corns and black beans but all in a sudden they could make me a new one with all those corns and beans? But, still, I said, «thank you.» He nodded and than walked away. No one even said«sorry» to me. I eventually got a new salad but I didn’t want it no more. And I’m not going back to this particular Boston Market.

It’s been way too long! Haven’t been to one in over 3 years. Better than I remember it. Got the meatloaf plate with green beans, mash potatoes, gravy and ice tea. Just hit the spot. They’re very friendly and courteous here. The most upscale one I’ve ever been here. I bumped into some old colleagues and they’ve started doing regular visits here for lunch.
