If only all service providers were like Tom Conery! Tom sold our home in 2005 and our relationship started. He did a great job. He uses modern tools to analyze real estate figures and takes unlimited time to explain options. Never applies pressure.
Here is where it gets interesting. In 2010, I was overseas with the military and I contacted Tom because I wanted to buy a home soon. Tom scouted about a 10 homes for me, weeks before I ever came back and stayed up to skype with me at the potential homes! …and this was before I even got to the local area. When we got there, we looked at… over 100 homes. Yup! We looked at over 100 homes and missed out on 1 bidding war (not Tom’s fault in my opinion). After about 1 year, we gave up and Tom had absolutely nothing to show for it. Through all the frustration he was always the courteous professional and would constantly say things like «I’m here for you… Whatever is best for you and your family… Don’t ever worry about me!» I thought it might be just a party line, but in 2015 I was ready to look again and he confirmed my suspicion that he is THE BEST realtor agent!
I called Tom and immediately, he was that warm and enthusiastic personality that you enjoy working with. I was again preparing to move to San Diego so I was living somewhere else. Tom made arrangements, cleared his schedule, and in a whirlwind 72 hour trip, we placed a bid on a home and… we got it this time!
I had to go back home (virginia), but Tom picked up all the appointments and contractors that came back and forth. No questions ever asked… he did whatever I needed when I needed it (and I know he was busy with other clients /​projects because he was constantly on the phone during my 72 hour visit). I always felt like he had my interests at heart!
Tom will make you feel like you are his ONLY client! I can’t recommend him enough!!!
