I got a microdermabrasion on livingsocial. Not really many complaints. Mary was very nice and pleasant. Yes she wore gloves, but it didn’t really bother me that much. Only complaints were that she didn’t get all of the mask off of my face so when I got back in my car I had crusty dried mask on my forehead and eyelid. And I told her that a little bump I’ve always had on my nose was not a pimple but she kept trying to pop it, even though it’s kind of like a mole. I’d definitely go back though

Found out about this place from livingsocial and wasn’t sure what to expect especially from some of the last reviews. Mary my facialist was extremely nice and informative and did a great job on my pumpkin facial. Will definitely go back.

Shhhhhhh… please. Beautik Salon is my little secret. I love the owner (Mary) of this quaint little salon located off the beaten path across from Mission Trails park on Mission Gorge road in Santee, ca. She is especially good at complete makeovers. do yourself a favor. and try something different. you walk out wanting to hug her… and you probably will. .Oh I almost forgot. her prices are amazingly low for cuts color and highlights.

I have been coming to Beautik Salon since 2007 and I always feel beautiful and confident after every service. The salon has made me picture ready for all of my events. Mary has always kept me looking trendy and chic from a day to day basis, to looking glamourous for all my major events. She’s always going to shows and classes to keep up with the latest beauty styles and trends and gives me sage advice on how to keep my hair and skin healthy and beautiful.
When I went through a bad acne phase, I started to go to Mary for facials as well. The one hour facial is such a deal and I always glow afterwards. It’s quite the relaxing reward after a long week of school and work! Mary also recommended I use a combination of Dr. Schawb and Dr. Golshahi skin care products (all available at the Salon) and my skin has never been more flawless.
The best aspect of the Salon is that I can come in at a time convenient to my schedule. Mary is very accommodating and even shows up before the salon hours to help me look my best. I feel really cared for and would recommend the Beautik experience to anyone appreciates quality work.

I am giving 3 stars because the facial was only $ 26 for a ReaderCity coupon. The facial was suppose to be an hour pumpkin facial but we finished about 10−15min early :-(. I’m not a big fan of a beautician that uses gloves when giving a facial it sounds really loud during facial and is not very relaxing. I was hoping for more of a massage/​facial and it seemed to be vet very quickly… and I wish she would have put music on in the beginning of facial not the last five min then perhaps I would not have to hear the crinkle crinkle crunch crunch of gloves over my face.

I purchased a Groupon for a 75 Minute European Facial. I was out of the salon in less than 60 minutes. I should have done some research about the location and type of salon. It was actually a Nail Salon with private rooms for facials and other services. While I’ve experienced better facials, Mary, the esthetician, was very nice and pleasant. What I didn’t like was that she seemed to apply some of the products with one hand, and the result of that is uneven application of the products. Additionally, my face broke out badly a day later. This has never happened to me before.
I received my treatment during the time we were hit by the cold weather. It was also cold inside the salon, which added to my discomfort, in spite of the small space heater used in the treatment room.
Mary sold products that she said were great for the skin and she believed that to be true. However, I don’t believe she used those same products on me.

I came here on a Living Social deal and the massage was fantastic. The woman who was in the front doing hair wasn’t all that friendly and the décor was a little dated, but again THE MASSAGE WAS FANTASTIC!!!

Great customer service and Great Job. There is only one technician here, Kelly, she was very sweet and accommodating– my first visit I showed up without an appointment and with just a call she was there in a matter of minutes.
This is really one of the best Mani-​Pedis I’ve had. They are definitely a gem in the community!

Went to get a massage for the first time with Kelly. She made it very comfortable for me, and respected my privacy because I didn’t l know what to expect. My muscles were very tense and she did a great job with a deep massage and getting the kinks out of my back. Very nice, and I definitely would recommend her to someone.

I love Beautik owned by Mary. She is by appointment only. So when you go in for your appointment she will dedicate all her time to only you. She is very flexible with her times and will cater to what you need. She does everything from hair, to pedicures, facials and waxing. She will listen to what you want and make it happen. If she feels it will not turn out right, she will let you know. I trust her completely and I will be taking my lil one to Mary for her first hair cut. My only complaint is not with her service, the place itself could use a good sweeping and dusting. She works so hard to please us that I just don’t think she has the time. It is not disgusting or anything, don’t get me wrong.
