Came in 30 minutes before they closed out of the 3 girls working there no one greeted us. My boyfriend wanted a shake he asked if they can still make them and the girl with an attitude said yes. Now my boyfriend didn’t want me to make a big deal so I brushed it off and when he asked if they could put brownies in the shake like they have before the girls asked Brownies ?? And asked another girl can we out brownies? And the other girl said no one asks for that but sure I immediately got mad but my boyfriend didn’t want me to say something so we paid and left. I get if we were to go in right before they closed but we didn’t and other people also went in. So rude.

Been going to this Baskin-Robbins for several years, well before they moved to this new location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and service is pretty efficient. Recently, I’ve discovered two awesome items on the menu: Oreo cookie ice cream sandwiches and this cappuccino blast that is similar to a Starbucks frap but is so caffeinated that it kept me awake for hours. I don’t even want to know how many calories is in their large, but I did have it for dinner the other night. I miss the days when Tuesdays were $ 1 scoop days(we would have them after $ 1 tacos).

I love baskin Robbins and it’s because of there stores and the quality of there customer service Natalia and alleya helped me out get a cake and customize what I wanted it to say last minute with so much happiness. Employees like those two girls are what keep me as a customer I probably spelled there names wrong but they helped me and I will forsure be going back

Brought a ice cream cake for 40 people and they run out of box. My mom have to hold the cake in her lap in the car without a box and the cream got all over the place. They can only do a full sheet and add half sheet to make one big cake so the cake break into half. The ice cream was okay but the cake itself taste bad and with all the colored cream that gets all over your hand. Worst ice cream cake I ever had.

This Baskin Robins is about the same as all the other ones. Service is good and ice cream is delicious per usual.

Since Rita’s was closed, we decided to go to Baskins, because I was really craving chocolate ice cream. We get there, and it’s super busy which is no problem. There are 3 girls behind the counter helping with customers. When it was my turn to order, I asked for chocolate chip with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sprinkles. I was really looking forward to this. The girl serving me started talking to the girl next to her, and laughing over the ice cream as she scooped. It completely turned me off. I think that’s very unsanitary to talk and laugh over people’s ice cream, you can wait and do that when you aren’t serving. It’s sad that food serving etiquette isn’t taught here. We will stick with Rita’s or Coldstone.

I went in to order a Father’s Day cake and a guy helped me. I think he was a new worker since he didn’t know the answers to any of my questions. I understand he’s new but at least get someone to help answer the questions I had. The only answers I got were«idk» and«I’m not sure». He kept going to the back, probably to ask the manager for help because she came out. The manager was worse than the worker. She seemed angry and disgruntled. While helping me, there was no smile on her face. She had an extremely bad attitude and horrible customer service. I honestly don’t know how she’s the manager. I was disgusted by her. The only reason why I’m giving this two stars is because the cake I picked up was nice but that had nothing to do with the manager or the employee that helped me. Thank you to the cake decorator of my cake. You’re the only reason for the Stars this place gets.

Love the ice cream here… nutty coconut, pistachio almond, world class chocolate and so many more… too many favorites to name them all. Outside seating available but no shade and parking is limited up close each time we visit. But if you can walk a bit there is plenty of parking.

Came in for a scoop of icecream and a milkshake. The milkshake was cookies, cream, and disappointment(dramatic music plays). It ironically lacked sweetness for some reason. I got a scoop of cake icing icecream, which tasted like what I’d expect birthday cake icecream to taste like. It wasn’t that great. It kinda reminded me of old icecream. I wanted to sample the actual birthday cake icecream that they had, but the girl helping us had an off putting attitude & I just didn’t feel like asking her. 2 girls were working. While the girl helping us had an unfriendly attitude, the other girl was all smiles. I wish she helped us instead! :(

Came here after getting pizza next door(at Pieology). There were several people ahead of us, but the line moved quickly. Service was good and there is a huge selection. My god daughter got a «wild and reckless» sherbet. She let me try some, it was good, just a tad bit sweet for my tastes. Only thing I didn’t like was that every table in the place was dirty, that’s why I knocked off a half star. I understand it’s an ice cream shop and there are a ton of families with kids that come in, but during down time I’d expect some sort of attempt at cleanliness. I’ve been here before and the tables were clean. Overall, this Baskin Robbins gets a 3.5.

I hadn’t enjoyed a Baskin-Robbins sundae in such a long time, but the BF and I were craving ice cream, so we stopped in last night. At the time, it was cash only. Not sure if this is the case all the time, but just a heads up! They also had a special that if you buy 2 scoops or more, you get a free cone! It can get a little crowded and there’s no real area for forming a line, so people can get a little tangled up. But if you’re patient, it’s worth the wait. I had the cherries jubilee(my favorite) and the birthday cake ice cream(so good!!!). I was pleased by how clean this ice cream shop is. There’s also plenty of seating outside!

Loved this place UNTIL I met the manager, she’s so mean, dirty and not professional!!! Sorry for Baskin Robbins, this location could have way more business if they change or train the actual manager!!!

I scream, you scream. we all scream for Ice Cream! Always a good selected of ice cream. The have frozen ice cream cakes for take out or if you really plan ahead you can order the cakes. I am always impressed with how much money I can spend on a few scoops of ice cream. I «could» buy ice cream at the store and take it home. Eat it and enjoy it just as much. However rather than do that I spend more money for a scoop or two. Less of a temptation than having a whole gallon or quart of ice cream at home. Plus you get toppings at Baskin Robbins. This place is fairly clean. The bathroom is easily accessible. Not located in a private-ish area so you could possibly hear someone doing their business in the bathroom if your sitting at the table nearest the restrooom door. Lost a star for that one.

Brought the kids here after gymnastics today a few minutes before opening 11am. The kids were pretty excited as it being a special treat and trip. A little disappointed we had to wait an extra 6 minutes(according to my phone time) after opening?! The ice cream is delicious, the kids ordered a «kids scoop»(which was the perfect serving size) of chocolate in a chocolate sprinkle dipped cone, wacky sherbet with gummy bear and chocolate chip. the service was great but if the store is suppose to open at 11, get the doors open please!

I stop by here a couple times a year to buy ice cream cakes for my coworkers and they always have a good selection of cakes. I went there today and they had one of each flavor and each size of ice cream cake. It just makes me happy when I see that they are readily stocked and ready to buy. It is a great convenience. Even though I purchased a smaller cake, they were still even able to write on the cake for me. This place is always clean, bright, and great for last minute cake purchases!!!

Today was my first Baskin-Robbins experience in years. I enjoyed rocky road ice cream for desert here after lunch at the pizza place next door. I was excited to discover that they display allergy information for all their ice cream now. E.g., wheat, nuts, milk, etc. I would give this place only 3 stars because it is the most basic ice cream store chain I know of, but if you are looking for a Baskin-Robbins, this is the one to go to. The staff were incredibly friendly. They offered and gave me as many samples as I wanted. The shop was also very clean. So 4 stars it is.

Yum yum, I have always been a big fan of Baskin-Robbin’s Golden Medal Ribbon since its inception date of 1979, a concoction of Vanilla-flavored and Chocolate ice creams with a caramel ribbon throughout. On this visit, I got the said ice cream above, a single scope on a brown sugar come for $ 2.99 plus tax. The young lady who put my cone together really stuffed the ice cream in the cone, which put a smile on my face( ). The ice was absolutely delicious with is half creamy chocolate and vanilla ice, but what was does me in, with this ice cream, has always been the swirls of sticky caramel all thought the ice cream( ). Also, in addition to trying this ice cream on a cone or cup, they also will make it into a milkshake which is amazing. The young ladies working the counter on my visit where quite the spunky crew. They here hopping around serving and greeting people and working to the groove on the audio system. Great ice cream and cool people…

New Baskin-Robbins. Service was good since it was fairly crowded last night. We didn’t find the Chocolate Chip or Mint Chocolate Chip pints in the display, so we asked a worker if there were anymore in the back and they checked and let us know that they only had Chocolate Chip. We bought two to take advantage for BR’s Two for $ 9.99 special(seems like a normal price since I’ve seen this deal all over Southern Cal and it’s always available). Regardless, Two for $ 9.99 on prepackaged pints! Love their Chocolate Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip flavors. Xie Xie! FYI — There’s an 85 Degree Bakery coming soon two doors down from BR.

I really enjoyed the vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. The cherries on top tasted like the were saturated in cherry cough syrup… other than that the cake was good. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because everyone ate it way too fast. ****The hot fudge is really thick and I like that!

This baby sure loves his sweet stuff! We skipped dinner and decided on a cone instead! EVERY Tuesday night between 5pm — 10pm single scoop cones are only $ 1.29AND we had a BOGO so two double scoop cones come out to around $ 2-$ 3, what a deal! They had plenty of every flavor and the tasting portions were hefty. I decided on a scoop of World Class Chocolate and a scoop of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup in a cup(so I could take my time enjoying every single bite). As the other reviews state, this new location is wonderful. Very clean. Friendly and quick service. There could be a few more tables indoors, but otherwise it’s wonderful. Being located right next to Pieology made for a steady line for the two or so hours we were there :) It’ll be hard to stay away from this yummy place AND they have Oreo Shakes I must try!

One of my favorite Baskin-Robbins. Well staffed, friendly service. Great new location and great remodel. Check out my pics. We went to the grand opening yesterday. They had face painting, a DJ, and plenty of seating outside. Still a little tight parking, but there is more construction going on next door. Love this location, very central.
