The wait for a teller sucks! There’s only 1 teller at noon and a line of 10 people. You would think they would have more during peak times. Not to mention the teller is so slow. The only reason I come here is for the business but I love my Chase bank.

Some months ago, I noticed unauthorized charges in my credit card, I went there and the customer service associate fill out the claim forms for me, and told me «not to worry», time passed and I kept asking about the refund, they told me the same, not to worry. Almost 5 months later, they told me I fill out the claim form incorrectly and the refund was not possible… the associate that filled out for me, no longer worked there, and even talking with the manager, my refund was not possible… long story short, I never got refunded and cancelled my credit card the next day, please be careful when they tell you «not to worry»!!

People working inside aren’t the most helpful… but pretty much that’s in all bank of america’s… but I love that they have 3 ATMs outside and they’re always lit up :)

I don’t bank at BOA, but I come here to get savings bonds. The lines are super long. Don’t dare come in here during the Christmas season either. But, the tellers are friendly and they’ll always ask you if you want to open an account with them. Like I said, not my bank but they were willing to process a cashier’s check for me in order to get the bonds (used a debit, didn’t have cash). Nice! Oh, and the parking is ridiculous here. You need to park in front of the CVS next door, not the actual bank.

pros… they just got a facelift to the whole plaza, BOA included, and now it looks brand new again. this is my very first bank ever. loved to go here as a kid and just play around. nothing much has changed inside. people still pretty friendly and happy to see you. but now i just use the atms outside, since there are like 3 or 4 to choose from.
cons… parking is lacking. now with the retro fit, they took out some 5 spaces or something. service if friendly but slow. don’t come here on your lunch break, cause that is all you will doing for lunch. or is this just a bank thing, must be something to what are called «banker’s hours.»
