Amazing experience. Deep tissue message was powerful and exactly what i was looking for. Himanshu is the real deal.

After going to Singapore and practicing Sivananda yoga for a month, I could no longer practice yoga at my regular studio here in San Diego. I canceled my membership soon after my return and started looking for a place that had a Sivananda yoga practice. This is when I found Arc yoga. This type of yoga incorporates asana and pranayama in its flow. I feel invigorated and peaceful after every class. I highly recommend this place. I have tried over six yoga studios in San Diego and Arc yoga is unique. I would also like to add that Himanshu is an extraordinary massage therapist and I urge you to try one of his massages. While I was on the massage table I kept thinking of all the people I know that I wanted to tell them about it so they could go get one! They are AMAZING!

Great massage! Great at knowing how much pressure to apply to all areas of the body. I’ve had 3 sessions so far and Hamanshu really takes his time to get to know his clients body. Good multi-​pak discounts, clean, comfortable and professional environment. On top of being a great deep tissue therapist, ask for his scalp and face work its a real treat!

A wonderful place to practice yoga. It’s a small cozy studio, peaceful and warm. Himashu is kind and carries out an incredible yoga class with asanas that are challenging but not impossible. I always feel amazing after my morning class.

Arc is a truly special yoga studio :) The instructors are very knowledgable & caring. The classes are small which is nice so you’re able to receive instruction to ensure the posture is being done correctly and advance your practice. By attending classes here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about & experience other elements of yoga apart from the asanas.
The owner, Himanshu, is dedicated to a yogic way of living and wants to help others open themselves to its greatness.

Do not deny yourself this opportunity! If you are considering having a massage here, I strongly urge you to do so. Himanshu is incredible. His massages are intense, but incredibly thorough and professional. I had a series of massages with him over a few weeks and each one got better. I was fortunate enough to be part of his cooking and a yoga class as well. Both were terrific. I strongly encourage you to give this place a try… you will not be disappointed!

Himanshu gives the BEST massages. I bought a deep tissue (90 min) package deal and am so happy that I did! I always leave more than satisfied. I honestly think his massages are the best I’ve received (and I get a lot of massages!!!).
I tried Arc yoga for the first time 6 months ago and continue to practice 3 – 4 times a week. I love the small class sizes and the individual attention you receive. Himanshu is a caring & giving man who is always making me smile/​laugh. He makes sure everyone is comfortable, progressing and having a good time!

I throughly enjoy getting a massage here. Himanshu gives the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I realized that most massages I ever had before were mostly superficial, but he knows how to get into the sore muscles and really dig out the knots. Would highly recommend!

I first went to Himanshu for massage which was incredible! I’ve had tons of massages over the years and he is top notch. I happily ended up buying the massage package.
Then he convinced me to attend his yoga class and wow, I loved it! I’ve learned so much more from Himanshu in the past month than the other 4 yoga studios I’ve tried combined. He grew up doing yoga in India and he’s very knowledgable about how to correctly do poses as well as yoga’s history and benefits. The other teacher Kayma is wonderful as well! The classes are small which is much preferred — you get lots of individual attention and adjustments.
I look forward to attending one of his evening cooking classes too. I hear the food is delicious :) for the Friday yoga class he makes chai tea which is super yummy!
Overall I absolutely recommend Arc Yoga & Massage. Between the massages and yoga, the stubborn 10yr old knots in my back are almost completely gone and I’m convinced they’ll disappear 100% after a few more sessions. Himanshu is a joy to be around, he’s always in a happy mood and willing to help you achieve your yoga & massage goals :)

This was my 3^rd session and again i am very satisified as he was squeezing the tension out of my muscles it was like squeezing the last bit of toothpaste out of the tube.

In the five years of my practice, I have visited many yoga studios and trained under many instructors but Himanshu and Kayma are the very best. I love the intimacy and simplicity of the Arc studio, the attention and assistance they give to every student during class, and of course the chai and conversation that follows every class. I highly encourage everyone to give Arc a try!

My wife found Arc Yoga & Massage online before we came to OB on vacation. Years ago, we began the tradition of getting massages while traveling so this was an important decision. Himanshu did not let us down! This man knows what he is doing, and we felt so good after our first session we both went back for a second (I even snuck in a third session).
Had we stayed longer we probably would have tried a yoga class as well. Totally pleased with our results — thank you, Sir!

I was referred by a friend to Himanshu at Arc Yoga & Massage. I purchased a package of 6 massages and was very happy with eh quality. He listens to his clients needs and will focus on a specific area of concern if that is what one would like. In a nutshell, a very high quality massage. I highly recommend for the massage connoisseur. I was surprised to see those two unfavorable reviews below. He definitely does not seems like a crook or like a malicious person. There must have been some mistake. I would try contacting him or following up. I’m sure that there was a legitimate reason for suddenly closing up shop and relocating his business to OB.

Himanshu is amazing! Fixed my shoulder after one session! Very prompt and pays attention to any new issues that I mention. I would highly recommend him if asked.

I started coming to Arc Yoga & Massage to help relieve pain in my knee, and it has really helped. I like the style of massage that Himanshu, the owner gives. I hate when they leave you feeling like you immediately need another massage.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I have bought packages from Himanshu and have been 100% satisfied. I experience him as an honest and caring individual, not someone who would try to rip you off. I enjoy the packages because of the discounted rates and the excellent service. He is truly talented. I began by just getting a massage I saw on groupon but now I come every two weeks. He knows the body well and has made mine feel brand new. I am in a high stress masters counseling program and Himanshu is able to release my tension, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and centered. I also do cross fit and my muscles are usually pretty sore. His sessions have greatly helped with my soreness and flexibility. The overall experience I get at arc yoga and massage is one of tranquility and growth and I highly recommend his services to all of my friends, family, and you too!

Highly recommended! I recieved a series of deep tissue massages from Himanshu to release work stress and pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck.
