STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. Never were the uniforms the way they were supposed to be. Always wrinkled, took 1 month and a half to get patches for 5 out of 13 shirts. Do yourself a favor and stay away from aramark.

Monthly price increases, lost uniforms, working with this company has been nothing but a headache. We’ve given them so many chances to make things right and all we get from their corporate office is attitude. Save yourself the grief and find another uniform provider.

I gave this company 2 stars because I like the drivers but it seems that every week we are missing uniforms (no exaggeration). It is unfortunate that I have to hear complaints from our employees — don’t blame them. Their prices are affordable compared to other uniform companies but if their service is not there, then the pricing is actually not affordable.

I wish I could give them a negative number. After years of horrible service we finally changed services. We suspected they were billing us for services/​supplies not provided as we had caught them doing that years back (and stupidly didn’t switch then as they promised to change their ways). The new and more honest Aramark only lasted until the old driver came back and then the ripoff started all over again. They charge you for «new» uniforms and you get horribly old stuff with your guy’s name added to it. We knew they would claim tons of money on the final invoice and they did. We returned everything and they said we didn’t. Our new provider tried to replicate the service Aramark said they were providing and couldn’t because our usage was ½ of what Aramark was saying. They showed us multiple ways they were ripping us off and we’re now paying ¼ what we were with them and saving us thousands of dollars per year and getting better service. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with and can’t recommend to anyone. Run from them if you can.

Well this is a horrible company to do business with. Every week my clothes gets lost looks like it’s been ironed my putting it out on the street and ran over with the truck with tire marks horrible horrible horrible. My advice to anyone do not go with this company. I knew it was trouble from the beginning. When they came to measure you up they did a bad job the clothes runs small if they were smart enough they would have brought in several different size uniforms and have the employees try them on to see what fits unfortunately for us some guy came in with the measuring tape measured us up and everyone had to get new clothes two or three times. I hope someone at the top of this company reads this goes to these troubled locations and just starts firing people that can’t do their damn job. I’ve been wearing the same I hope someone from upper management the owner or someone will read this go to this trouble locating and start firing everybody they can’t do their job correctly. two shirts for the last 2 or 3 weeks who knows where my laundry is that. Then forget turning your clothes in for repair you’ll get it back two or three times without getting repaired you have basically have a staple a huge piece of paper on your clothes and tell him to fix it horrible. Truth of the matter is I would give his company a –3 I wish I can go backwards.

Didn’t start off on the best foot with these guys but after interaction with their service team and VP Michael, things were smoothed out and resolved in a professional manner. I know certain issues are out out of some peoples control but it’s nice to see Aramark management take the time and make things right.

Bunch of assholesThe very, very worst of any uniform company! I am in North county, and every issue on here is true. I come to work this morning and guess what? Me, the owner, has no uniforms to wear! Yea, the jackass driver was here yesterday, and I have no uniforms! Then try calling, and end up with some bitch in Kentucky, and can‘t get ahold of san diego. Don‘t go there! Use any other company besides them!

Horrible quality. Cannot get anyone including my route driver to help with quality issues. I get a new regional manager every month that acts like my account problems are brand new. I have been communicating my dissatisfaction since last august without any response from them. This is a bullying contract compay. Crooks. They should be embarrassed.

Hard to review when you cannot even get through to a person to speak with. I was put on hold twice, telling me that they needed to connect me to the correct area. I was finally on hold in the right area then the phone system disconnected me. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and called again. I explained that I had been disconnected and would they connect me with the correct person or office. They tried and I was in fact connected with the San Diego voice mail but every time I pushed the appropriate button to connect me with customer service I would get a reply that I had not chosen correctly. I give up. If I use the internet and the phone number is a San Diego number then I expect to speak to someone.

Worst uniform company I have ever dealt with. Constantly losing employee’s uniforms. Uniforms are always coming back dirty. when asked about problems they always say «we will handle it» but never do! I highly recomend using anyone BUT ARAMARK. They now ship their cleaning to Riverside. Too much room for mistakes and no one to take responsibility for the mistakes. CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!
