I was so delightfully impressed by the fun I had while training with Rick! He made the workouts challenging, and yet carefully monitored my progress so I naturally was safe and could push my limits. I really look forward to training with him more often!

My fiancé and I have been training with Rick for a couple of months now, and we absolutely love it!

I am really impressed with Rick. He customizes each exercise and is quite conscious of physical limitations from injuries. As a health care professional this aspect really is important to me. I have chronic hip and back pain for many years. My pain level has decreased by 50% since we started working out together. We have been meeting weekly for over 2 months now and I am so happy with my results. Each workout is different, and I do love boxing with him. It really helps get the aggression out! Rick inspires me and helps me when I am down. He is always giving me tips and suggestions on ways for improvement. He is committed to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I feel Rick is better than some of the other trainers I’ve worked with in the past for he is so focused on proper techniques, form and bringing in the motivational aspect. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in personal training in San Diego.

Rick was training me for awhile. I really liked the way that he trained me. I have never had a trainer before and never wanted one.
He really help me in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was out of shape. I dropped 1 pants size in the short time that he trained me.
I have nothing negative to other then he likes to workout early and I am not a morning person. LOL!
I work for Gold’s Gym now so he can’t come train with me at the gym. Or I would love to have stayed with him.
