I have tried multiple carpet cleaning companies, but I will say that Chris and All Pro Carpet Steamers is my favorite. He arrived on time so I did not have to waste time waiting for my appointment. I had multiple issues with my carpet: cat pee (yuck!), food stains and stains from everyday wear and tear. Chris explained in detail how he would get rid of the stains and ended up cleaning my carpet better than I expected. Chris was very friendly and worked with me to figure out the best way to get a great deal that would not break the bank. Not only did he help clean my carpet in my whole house, but he gave me an amazing great deal on it.
I will definitely be contacting Chris again if I need to clean the carpet again. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to make their carpet look brand new and save money!

I really didn’t think that my carpet was salvagable. The people who had this house before I bought it totally destroyed the carpet. It looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacummed or cleaned in years. I called All Pro carpet steamers and they made my carpet look almost new. I’m completely amazed. They were very polite, professional and about %60 cheaper than Stanley Steamers (I called them first for a quote). I got two living rooms, my dining room and two bedrooms done (with scotchguard added) for very cheap. Very happy I called them.

WOW WOW WOW! I just had my carpet cleaned by Chris and Serafin and their job exceeded my expectations! From my observation, Chris is an honest and fair man. First of all, they were on time, very friendly, and excellent with communication. As promised, Chris called me the day before to confirm our appointment and then he called me promptly in the morning to let me know his arrival time.
Upon arrival, they assessed my carpet’s condition (bad condition) and came up with a pricing and treatment plan that worked with my budget. I got a basic cleaning + spot treatment and I’m very happy with the way it looks. The carpet looks fantastic and they were quick and very professional. I highly recommend this company and I will be sure to use them for future cleanings as well as pass them along to my friends. Keep up the good work and I hope your company flourishes!

Just had my carpets cleaned by All Pro. Chris delivered Five Star Customer Service throughout the entire process. Arrived on time, honored his initial quote, explained the treatment process, and presented himself as a true professional. Chris helped relocate furniture rather than simply cleaning around the obstacles. He also cleaned a small Entry Runner at no additional charge. I’ve already referred All Pro to friends and family and wish Chris and his team a future full of success.
