All Home Medical Supply

I recently had to rent a wheelchair for a family member who was coming in to town. Knowing nothing about wheelchairs, I picked All Home Medical Supply based on the excellent reviews on Unilocal.I could not have been happier with my experience.
I arrived about 5 minutes before closing and they were completely out of rental chairs. Instead of turning me away, they took a brand new chair off of the floor and rented it to me. Unbelievable service! The going rate was $ 25 for a one week rental of a lightweight chair. I thought this was very reasonable.
We took the chair all over San Diego, and it worked wonderfully for our needs. It folded up nicely, and was easy to handle. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Really awesome people work here! So incredibly helpful and solution oriented. If I could give them more stars I would.

Although they didn’t have the item I was looking for the staff was extremely nice and gave me some ideas on how to make my own version of the garment I needed.
The store was neat, well organized and the next time I need some medical supplies I will come back here.

The best service ever! last week I walked into all home medical supply looking for ice packs… I could not seem to find the brand that I’ve Gerard so much about. I ask one of the sales associate about the product and he was willing to order what I needed. Just when I thought I was going to wait 2 weeks for the product. Malcolm (owner) came out and gave me some alternatives. Jackpot, I bought out the entire line of Thera pearls and I am exceeding happy with my purchase. If you need medical supplies and you have questions or alternatives visit all home medical supply they will make you feel at home.

Scott’s team performed a small miracle on a 20-​year old wheelchair, doing a challenging repair and making it look and perform like new. All at a very reasonable cost, with great service on top. I highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service and help. Nice sales lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name) answered my questions and while I looked around their spacious, well organized store. Very conveniently located and glad I found this place for future needs.

What a great staff of people! Big, clean showroom and everyone was willing to help. I took my portable scooter in for repair (I was doubting that they could fix it). Well it was repaired in 1 day and for a reasonable price. Scott was so great about communicating with me about the repair and very knowledgeable. Like their motto says «helping you help yourself’ .

This place is awesome! Everything you need for mobility, recovery and easier living with medical problems. The people are so friendly and helpful. The are definitely a place that I will be giving all my future business to!

My wife rolled her ankle on Sunday and I needed a knee scooter ASAP. I google’d «knee scooter rental San Diego» and called every local place on the first page. All Home not only was the least expensive, but they were the only ones who had it in stock Monday morning.
Their store layout is beautiful – open, spacious and clean.
Malcolm has been, and continues to be, terrific. I had rented the knee scooter for a week (they have weekly and monthly rates), and a week later bought another week’s worth thinking we’d only need it a little bit more. But when we found out we would need it for another month, they just charged me the difference for a month’s rate. I’m also picking up a little post-​op shoe/​boot for my wife’s poor toe.
They say they’re new, and maybe that’s partly why they are very eager to please and service the customer, but they’re just very nice and helpful.

I rented a wheel chair. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very large. They have any rehab/​convalescent item that you have previously needed to order from the internet.

These folks know their stuff and are eager to share their expertise. I won’t go anywhere else for my medical supplies.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Burn’s drugs in La Jolla for all my DME needs. I was so excited to find Malcolm Brooks has moved on from Burns to All Home Medical Supply.
This place is really impressive, lots of great quality products, nice spacious layout, and friendly and helpful staff. Between the large product selection and the way the staff treat you, I don’t see why you would want to shop anywhere else!
One thing I really love is that they have enough space to try things like walkers and wheelchairs and see which ones you like best.

All Home Medical Supply service was reaaly good. I needed supplies for my mother in-​law and Debbie was there to help me and find right supplies. I had no problem in exchanging some of my stuff. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Thank you

This place is loaded with medical supplies. I came in for an ankle support. Debbie was extremely helpful. She measured my ankle to make sure I got the right size. I am very happy with my purchase. They rent things like mechanical beds, scooters, you name it, they have it or they can get it… and with a smile,

Debbie was friendly and helpful. Together I focused on my problem and now I’m trying a different type of brace that feels more appropriate.

Although I was in a very crabby mood having to get a boot for a stress fracture, I was warmly welcomed and helped by Sharon right away and walked out in my boot! Nice store, seems easy to access whatever you need.

Very nice people. You will immediately be welcomed and asked questions so they can suggest different products. Additionally, the workers here seem knowledgeable about different aspects of home healthcare, and they are happy to share their knowledge!
Buying medical supplies can be awkward and distressful for some. The staff here make you feel more comfortable.

This place was awesome! Dealt with Malcolm and Sharon. Walked in, with my broken foot, needing a knee walker– was in and out in 15 min., NO HASSLEs or hidden fees — the price is exactly what I was told over the phone. Very pleasant to deal with! Will be back if I break any more bones!!!
