Wow… this little hidden gem in the urban streets of barrio Logan is truly a gem. A strong 5 stars!, and where do I even begin. If you were to drive by you wouldn’t even notice it, let alone take a second look to see this place. The two times I have been here, the worker/owner I think, is such a sweet person. You literally feel like your about to eat some amazing tortas made by your Mexican friends mom. The place itself feels like your at home, the food taste like its homemade, and the people there make you feel at home. Need I say more? The menu is simple, and the prices are cheap! So far I have had the chicken and Milanesa torta, and I highly recommend trying both! If you dine in which you should, the wonderful person(which I don’t know her name) gives you chips and salsa. The salsa is amazing! One of the best salsas I have had, and it’s even better if you put it in your torta. For all you weak salsa eaters, don’t worry it has a bit of a bite, but it’s do able.

Small restaurant but what they have they make really well. In Mexico these are called cocina economic and it’s centralizes around making simple items with fresh ingredients having taste the best. Recommendations any of the torta and some of the fruit salad

Esta lugar esta muy rico. Las tortas, los huaraches, agua de horchata … y la salda verde de casa… y las chamoyadas. El lugar es pequeño pero muy acojedor. La sra. Que cocina es muy amable y servicial.

Todo es perfecto. Started with a spinach and pineapple water, and followed up with an adobada burrito and a salsa roja that went perfectly with the meal itself. Save room for dessert because the fresas con crema is to die for ! Owned by a very sweet family who will cater to all your needs.

Some pretty amazing food with huge flavor comes out of this small kitchen! I got the adobada torta and it was delicious!!! The salsas(red and jalapeño) are on point and compliment very well. There is also a variety of goodies to buy like drinks, desserts, ice cream and chips. I had the«mangoneada» and it was great. The lady in there was also very kind and friendly. The place is very humble but it is incredible.

Unbelievable Salsa, tasty Tortas, delicious horchata, food so good it made me do a little jjig… it’s like the quinceanera I never got to have. I can finally say my life is complete. What’s even better is that they make you feel right at home with a kind-hearted Hispanic lady serving you an authentic home-cooked meal. We didn’t speak much, except for me to order, but I can honestly say that she was like the mother I never had… and I have a mother. If you don’t come here for your next Mexican meal then you’re either crazy or on drugs, and if you’re both you get 10% off a carne asada torta.(*Some restrictions may apply)
