Alarms Unlimited

I work for my church which has multiple campuses around San Diego. Originally, we had 2 different alarm companies at our campuses– both of which were mediocre. Shopping around, I found Alarms Unlimited. From my initial contact with the operator to having Eddie Haynes come to our campuses and conduct a full, thorough, personalized walk through advising on our individual needs was absolutely insurmountable. Eddie took our needs and desires and turned them into reality. Eddie certainly went above and beyond and he still does. The installers arrived on time, prepared and ready to work. These guys were courteous and worked diligently to take over our existing system and add equipment to bring us up to par. We had a false alarm one night and even the monitoring center was much more courteous and friendly than our previous providers. I couldn’t be happier that we switched over to Alarms Unlimited and I look forward to working with them at our future locations.

I purchased a new wireless system for my Mother’s home, to monitor for intrusion and fire. Jay, the installed was very careful and did everything that he said he would do, in the time he said he would do it. I now have 24 hour monitoring, and I can turn the system on and off from my iphone. As a note, he had to drill some small holes for wiring and after he patched them, they are invisible. I am very satisfied with everything from the initial appointment to the final clean up.

The only and last central alarm station company left in San Diego. You always get a live person to help and follow through your needs till the end not some computer generated incident number you have to follow up on. I met a tech and asked him about his company and it was nice to hear how positive he was and nice things he had to say about this employer and other co-​workers. After several people installing them, I found out they beat other long distant guys like ADT, Bay Alarms prices with an impeccable customer service they raved about. Kudo’s to these guys and bieng San Diego best alarm company.

We had an issue and needed an upgraded wireless alarm fast and Alarms Unlimited saved the day!
We had an old system with another company and in the process of our carpets being removed, they cut the alarm wires — even though we said again and again — watch the alarm wires! We attempted to get the wireless system with the company that we had used for over 30 years because I believe in being loyal — however after they cancelled our appointment twice I realized that ADT doesn’t feel the same about loyal customers.
Since both my sisters have used Alarms Unlimited for years I called them and explained our issue with needing a wireless system since wood floors were being installed that week and we didn’t want to be without an alarm. The customer service person said let me see if we can get someone out that day and they did — with just a few hours’ notice to give us a bid. Everyone that we dealt with during this quick process was great. Jay the tech that installed the system was the best. I am so happy that we went with a local company and I am mad that I even wasted time with ADT.
So ADT — BAD — don’t use them. Alarms Unlimited — GREAT!
