San Diego is a lucky place! I never thought I would miss an exercise class at 6:30am, but I do. I wish she could do a virtual bootcamp! In the meantime, I rely on the great advice she left behind.

Jaylin is a great trainer. Not only does she keep the workouts interesting and fun, she is great about respecting the needs of individual clients. About a month into training together, I got into a car accident which basically forced me to stop working out my neck and shoulders, and she was quick to modify the exercises we were doing in our group training so that I could still get a great workout without further injuring myself. Working with Jaylin has become one of my favorite parts of the weekend. She’s well worth coming into Boston from the suburbs for, and a great way to treat yourself to something that’s really really good for you.

Jaylin rocks! I’m NOT a morning person, yet I find myself excited to go to bootcamp every MWF at 6:30AM! The variety of activities is excellent and actualy quite fun… I equate it to back in elementary school where gym class was fun fitness games that gave you a workout. Furthermore, the camaraderie is a huge plus. The other women in the group are committed, enthusiastic, and really cool, which makes you want to come back week after week. Most importantly, the biggest testament is the super quick improvement I’ve seen in my own personal fitness. Seriously, within one week, I could already feel a difference in my ability to do squats and lunges! I highly recommend and hope to see you on the Esplanade bright and early in the AM!

Jaylin is wonderful! I never in a million years thought I would ever WANT to leave my house at 6am to go do squats(and other things) in the rain or shine, but«boot camp» is the best. Once I get myself out of bed and to class,(I’ll admit it’s a struggle) I have so much fun and feel wonderful for the rest of the day. Try it! You’ll be hooked! Also, don’t be worried about your own level of physical fitness. It seems like the class can accommodate anyone.
