Advanced Office

We got a 35PPM Ricoh office copier /​fax from them in 2008. It was fantastic!
Their techs fix it right and they do it quick. Their service department DOES answer their freaking phone (unlike some others)!
In 2012, after a million copies, it was getting worn out. We went with a cheaper alternative.
Long story short; you get what you pay for. I just called them about bringing them on board again. They might not be the cheapest in town but …
Our replacement copier (Kyocera) is equally as good; the support company, not so much.
With copiers, we’ve discovered they’re all about the same at the top end (Kyocera, Toshiba, Ricoh, Canon) — it’s the service company that counts.

We recently purchased a Ricoh Aficio SP C831 to handle our high-​volume, high quality printing needs for a large membership organization. We are extremely pleased with this Ricoh printer, which compares very favorably to the comparable Xerox high-​end printer. The Ricoh printer is definately superior in terms of quality of print, printing speed, quicker warm-​up cycle, and lower per page printing cost.
We are also very impressed with the customer and technical support provided by Advanced Office Systems for the installation, training, and on-​going technical and customer service support. They are quick on their feet, courteous, and provide excellent service. Needless to say, I am happy to recommend Advanced Office Services (San Diego) to any business with high-​end printer needs.
