Very good acupuncturist, he’s super nice and sweet! He knows his stuff, I was suffering from my shoulder pain (I pulled my tendon) I came to his practice for the first time. My first visit, after I got acupuncture and hot oil message I felt so much better. He also prescribed 4 days medication (no charge). When I came to his practice, my pain level was at 10 but after my first visit my pain level is at 5! Excellent job!

Every now and then you meet someone whom you feel is doing what they were destined to do. That’s the case with Dr. Nguyen. I’ve been a patient of his since I first moved to San Diego way back in 1997. Over the years Dr. Nguyen (aka Dr. Ken) has treated me for several issues including: pain, allergies, sinus, hormone balancing, emotional stuff, and inflammation. His office has the most extensive selection of Chinese Herbs & supplements I’ve ever seen, and I’ve known a LOT of DOM’s in my days! Oh… that stands for doctor of oriental medicine.
His staff is super friendly, and always helpful. Expect to hear a variety of languages when you visit; which I think makes the whole experience more fun. What impresses me the most about this individual is that he donates a lot of his time and services to the HIV community. He also travels with a group of doctors once or twice a year to other Asian countries to help children with a variety of issues; including providing them with free hearing aids, food, and gifts. His office has a donation jar for this purpose, and I’m always happy to donate what I can because I know my few dollars will go a long way to help needy children in less fortunate situations. He is unwavering in his support, always giving of his time and talents and never ceases to amaze me!
