A Love for Flowers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered $ 100 worth of flowers through 1−800-flowers for a friend on Valentine’s Day. Well she never got them and I never got an explanation. After call 1800flowers they told me that the florist simply didn’t deliver them. 1800flowers gave me my money back along with 20 credit And the flowers would be delivered the following day. Didn’t happen. 5 days later and still no flowers. This place is the worst!

I am SO upset with this shop and 1−800-FLOWERS! My bf spent a ridiculous amount of money (almost $ 200) for a large vase bouquet of flowers and two balloons delivered yesterday on Valentine’s Day. As soon as I received them, I sent my bf a photo to thank him and he was disappointed it didn’t look like what he ordered online. Attached is a photo — the top portion only ½ of what he thought he purchased and on the bottom what I actually received. There was not a single lily. I called 1−800-FLOWERS today and literally waited 30 minutes on hold to complain. First, the rep offered me a $ 20 credit and a new bouquet. Except it’s not Valentine’s Day anymore and this place tried to rip off my bf! I refused and would only accept a full refund. Then, this company had the nerve to leave their company address and motto regarding an excellent reputation and beautiful flowers! Horrible!

A Love for Flowers is so wonderful! I called them on a Friday morning wanting to send something to a girl I’ve been seeing. They were able to stay in within my budget, make recommendations on the type of bouquet, and how it would be presented. «The package» was delivered same-​day in front of all her co-​workers, and of course ALL of them were jealous! She loved, and now I love A Love for Flowers! I look forward to ordering from them again!

We used A Love For Flowers for our wedding centerpieces. Candi was able to recreate EXACTLY what we wanted. She was even able to get Peonies in off season so I could have what I wanted! She is definitely the best florist I’ve ever used and I would recommend her to anyone.

Cool little flowers stand in the middle of downtown on 6^th and B. They have pre-​made arrangements or you can let the owner know what you want or what you’re willing to spend. It was cool to be able to go there and tell her what I’m looking to spend, what colors I like and let her do the rest. End result was great, will def go back.

Super impressed with A Love for Flowers! I recently placed a last minute order for a same day, out of state delivery, and Candi, the owner, assisted me directly. Not only did she work with my budget, but also helped me choose an arrangement based on my flower preferences and reason for the flowers (they were for a sick co-​worker). I really enjoyed the personalized service she gave me rather than having to navigate a website all on my own to figure out tax, delivery charges, etc.
After further reviewing the website, I noticed that they also do custom arrangements and specialised wedding flowers. I called Candi back directly regarding my upcoming wedding, and she personally is going to assist me with my wedding flowers! She showed me some of the pieces she has designed in the past and she is truly gifted.
Not having a green thumb myself, but loving plants and flowers, I look forward to using Candi and A Love for Flowers again in the future and would highly recommend her for any of your flower needs.

This is one of the best Florists I have ever used. I live far away from my mom (about 70 miles) and can’t see her as often as I want to, so every year on my birthday I send my mom flowers. I always use A Love for Flowers. Not only is Candi, the owner, talented in what she creates, she also cares about each and every person she creates for.
