Im all about supporting my local community but was disgusted by what i saw! How did dept of health score this location «A»? I went in this afternoon to get a drink and i was surrounded by fruit flies. I complained to the red head «manager» jocylen and she responded «i know and told me not to come back» 9÷1÷2015 about 11:10AM. BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I WILL CONTACT DEPT OF HEALTH AND CORP. Due to your disgusting staff i will never shop here again. I bet they treat their home just as nasty!

I When in today to buy a drink and I have one BIG word to describe the 711 employee (Lariza) and that is RUDE!!! No customer service what so ever… Just plain Rude! So disappointed at her behavior!

This is a brand new franchise store that just opened for business down in da hood. The store is always kept clean and orderly and the employees are always very pleasant to deal with. One thing that I loved about this location was that because it was a relatively new store, it was undiscovered, meaning no people and no lines but now that people know that it is there, it is no longer the case.
This location scores stars for its staff and cleanliness but however it falls short in a few critical areas. The first problem is that I have noticed that there have been several instances where they have run out of their regular brew of coffee. Although the employees have offered to make up a new batch, sometimes I simply do not have the time to wait. The other day, when my regular brand of coffee was out, I settled on some vanilla french roast. When I went to drink it, the coffee was lukewarm!
The other issue I see is that various hoodlums, scammers, and beggars are appearing on the property. Some from the streets and some from the apartment complexes nearby are arriving early in the morning to hit up customers like me for change. Its all I can do to support my family and take care of my own bills much less support someone who does not want to work!
This place has potential and I feel comfortable giving it 3.5 stars. Pay more attention to the coffee and chase the vagrants away and this place could earn 5 stars.

A brand new 7 – 11, staff is very friendly and its a very clean store, lets hope it stays this way.
