This place is the worst place you can do business. Stay away these people are crooks. He advertised on radio $ 2sq ft for cleaning carpet with free delivery. They came picked up my rugs and I referred my friends he picked up rugs from them too. Now I can’t get my rugs back he is asking for more money and yet he gave his business chase account number to deposit cash. When I deposited money he said he won’t deliver pick up only. He is a thief and not true to his word. I will make sure I call the radio and let everyone know he is a crook and he calls himself Sam when his real name is Saheed. Stay away don’t trust. He stole my rugs.

Do not give this man any business, and if you do make sure to get everything in writting!
He quoted me one price for repair and cleaning and then changed it after the work was done. I wouldn’t trust any appraisals he gives either.

This rating is for rug cleaning only, not rug sales.
This establishment is very close to where we live. We like to support local business. We were over charged. I accept partial responsibility here. I should have gotten a written quote first. I should have price compared with other businesses. We took a 7.5′ round rug in to be cleaned. When we picked it up we were charged $ 281.60. The invoice stated that it was $ 3.99 per sq ft. Doing the math, it should have been $ 176.27. This price is still $ 25 — $ 50 higher than what we later got quotes for from services that actually come to the home to clean the same size rug (we had to bring our rug to Rug Design Gallery.)
As far as the quality of the work — I was very displeased. I do not recommend this business for rug cleaning.

I was initially referred to the Rug Design Gallery through an interior designer in LA County. I didn’t really want to go so far, but I’m glad I made the drive. First, this place has vast amount of rugs of every color, every shade, size, shape and price range.
The owners are very hard working. They really do everything to ensure that every customer is satisfied. They go the extra mile-​literally. I found out that Rug Design Gallery also repairs and services rugs.

They initially overcharged for cleaning our carpets and would not give us a refund until they remeasured the square footage of our carpets. The owner later apologized for multiple errors and refunded the overcharge. They also gave us 2 free rug pads for our troubles.
